The BEST bagel I've had in my life. It was soft and fluffy unlike bagels in the US. The smear was equally delicious. The service was fantastic. I ate outside and thoroughly enjoyed watching people. Highly recommend. read more

The tour takes you though the orchard with a taste of various apples and a brief history of Dupont's estate. After the vineyard, you'll see the VAT-room, barrel room, and finally the tasting room. You can taste an array of liquid from juice, cider, pommeu, or calvados. The prices are reasonable and slightly cheaper than market price. It was a great experience vising this estate and tasting some lovely apple products! PS their Pommeu was better than the other ones I've tasted for the day and they use older calvados; better quality overall!

This and Cave de Mirande are two world class farmhouse cider producers, 4.3 level and up with ciders that rival the best wines, Belgian geuze, and American sour ales. Incredible. Pro Tip: you can STAY HERE! It is a bed and breakfast or you can park your camper or just camp in a tent here. House and cider cellar room is beautiful, family run. Staff was hospitable but exceptionally friendly and made exceptions for us to come in after hours. We rang the doorbell and got the royal treatment even though they had been closed for half and hour. They also sell, per usual, Calvados, Pommeau, and other artisanal goodies. Their Pommeau was absolutely incredible. Overall an amazing experience. A MUST on your cider trip through Brittany and Normandy.
