I love these bagels! The eggs are delicious and fresh. Wonderful experience! She rocks!

Being from Long Island, I'm always on a quest for the best bagel. Bagel Babe is at the top of my list. You order from a kiosk, which is easy, and they bring your made-to-order bagel sandwich out within about 15 minutes. Seating is limited, so most orders are to-go. We sat outside on a beautiful February day. One thing I love about this bagel shop is the parking lot. Parking is a breeze, unlike most downtown St. Pete bagel and breakfast joints.

This spot is located in the Goodie Labs building. Ordering is easy. The menu interface is a bit non-intuitive but once through it you wait in the room. The reason for 4 stars is the price. It is very expensive. Yes it is tasty. And I love that they put the goodies on both the top and bottom of the bagels. The vibe inside is a bit stale. This is definitely best for take away.

The bagel here was perfectly soft and delicious, with just the right amount of fillings in the sandwich! It came out warm and was very tasty! The ambiance and service here are a little strange, as it's in a warehouse type place with some seating, and very minimal interaction with the staff. You order at a kiosk and then they bring out the order, which also took a bit longer than expected. I loved the bagel and will definitely be back, I just wish it was in a better spot!

My new favorite bagel spot in St Pete! Located in foodie labs, it has laid back vibes with a kiosk to order. They have a large space with seats and free WiFi if you'd like to work. They bring the food out quick and were kind. It was one of the best bagels I've had since I've moved here! The bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel was awesome. We'll definitely be coming back!

Hands down the best bagel spot in St. Pete. Bagel Babe is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the good vibes and smell the fresh-baked bagels coming out of the oven. The texture is perfect -- that crisp exterior with a warm, chewy center that every true bagel lover craves. I tried the scallion cream cheese with taylor ham, bacon, eggs and cheese on an onion bagel and it was absolutely next level. The cream cheese was loaded with fresh scallions, and the bagel itself? A masterpiece. You can tell they care about every ingredient. The service is fast, friendly, and genuine. It's got that cool, local energy that makes you want to come back every weekend. Whether you're a New Yorker missing home or just someone who appreciates a damn good bagel, this is your spot. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Bagel Babe is a must-visit.

Very tasty bagels right off the Pinellas Trail. Airy/breezy seating area and there was a coffee truck right outside as well. The bagels were of good size and quality. Quick service too, would try this again!

This place is a treat! Large portions and much to my surprise very tasty! Bagel babe provides good options, an easy ordering kiosk and quick and friendly service. We enjoyed their bagel sandwiches and their iced Americano. Worth every penny! Love a place we can walk to in the morning and leaves you satisfied.

Stopped in for a bagel and was surprised at how good this was. I opted for their special, which is Taylor Ham (rolled pork), which is pretty tasty on a bagel. Definitely worth stopping in and trying them out.

No brainer that I had to secretly take my Husband here to cheer him up. He's from Jersey and whenever we visit we gotta come back w a bag of bagels. Can't really get the food stuff down here but I guess I can't say that anymore! Yes it's a bit of a drive from Wesley Chapel but we love downtown St Pete and this is right there on grand central and has plenty of parking to boot. Lots of artsy stuff going on in this complex that I will need to check out more but let's talk bagels. I'm a lox bagel girly and my husband goes pork roll. Every time. We did not deviate from that plan and we were super pleased. The service was friendly and fairly quick. Hubby got chatting with the young man working the front desk who shared stories from back home and the bagel process, the gals are doing it the real way with a 2 day process. The flavor and texture speak to this, you can't rush perfection. My husband was raving saying this was the best bagel he'd had in years. Yay, a win for the wife. We loved visiting on a very pleasant day, it's an open seating with tables outside and some limited seating inside as well as standing tables. I can see the space getting a lil swampy in the summer so hopefully the a/c can crank but you can always take those bad boys to go. This spot appears to be a shared space under the name Foodie Labs and I hope the Bagel Babes stick around for a long while!

Stopped in after a swim meet at North Shore this morning. A great spot that's located in the Foodie Lab which is a shared space for a few concepts. Bagel Babe was exactly what my swimmers needed after a tough morning. We got 2 bagel sandwiches and 2 bagels with cream cheese. The Salty Babe was bacon, egg, cheese & scallion cream cheese on your choice of bagel. It was AMAZING according to my foodie daughter! Chewy bagel, perfectly cooked egg and gooey cheese. The Hot Babe was ham, egg, cheese & hot honey. My son got it on a salt bagel and thought it was delish! We also got a bagel with the Honey Sriracha Jalapeño cream cheese - a great sweet heat. The final bagel was with Maple Cinnamon cream cheese and was a perfect "dessert" bagel according to my teenagers who ate their sandwiches and then split that bagel. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

The only downside honestly is the service. I had to explain multiple times how I wanted the sandwich made with the toppings side by side and the person taking the order just wasn't really understanding what I was asking for. Even after explaining it again, it still wasn't clicking, which was frustrating. I've noticed this pretty much every time we come here. The staff never really seems approachable or friendly and the customer service could definitely improve, especially when tips are being requested. A smile and better communication would honestly make such a huge difference because the food is genuinely great. We also tried the matcha latte for the first time, and unfortunately it wasn't good at all. Maybe it's new, but it definitely needs some improvement. Overall, we still love coming here because the food keeps us coming back, but the service has consistently been lacking. Realistically the service is probably a 3, but because we love the place and the food so much, I'll still give it a 4.

I hate the Yankees with a passion that runs deeper than the Charles River. Don't get me started on the Giants, Jets, or Knicks either--those teams are pure evil in my book. New York can keep their overrated pizza and their traffic; I'll take Dunkin' and clam chowdah any day. But damn it, these bagels at Bella's Bakes Cakes and Bagels on Central Avenue in St. Pete forced me to eat my words (along with a sausage, egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel ). I stumbled in here on a quick drive from St. Pete Beach back to the other Florida coast, skeptical as hell because they boast "authentic NY-style" bagels. Figured it'd be another Florida flop. Nope. One bite--that perfect crisp exterior cracking into a chewy, dense interior--and I was transported straight back to my Northeast roots. Suddenly I'm dodging traffic on Storrow Drive, grabbing a quick bagel before work at some hole-in-the-wall in Brookline or Allston. It was transformative, wicked transformative. Every mouthful brought floods of home: the bagel reminding me of Sunday mornings with the family. The place is cozy, family-owned, with super friendly staff who don't give you that big-city attitude. Fresh-baked daily, real deal boiled-then-baked bagels--no fluffy imposters here. The breakfast sandwich held up like a champ. Look, it kills me to say this, but Bella's has nailed the New York bagel better than most spots up north these days. If you're a fellow New England exile missing that true taste of home--or just want the best bagels in the Tampa Bay area--get over here. I'll be back, grudgingly admitting defeat one bite at a time. Five stars, no question. Go Sox... but props where props are due.

I finally found it at New York Bagels--and it's only 15 minutes from me! I was hoping for onion bagels, and luckily they had a couple left. From the moment I walked in, I got the warmest welcome from the owner. He genuinely seemed happy I found the place and took the time to chat. He even gave me the number and said I could call ahead next time and they'd have my order ready--and even bring it out to the car.
