Fortunately, I remembered this fab, four-story, paper goods-and-more-store was just a few blocks away from where I was and went straight there. As usual, I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop and took notice of how the employees seemed ready to jump in and help could I not manage to find my way to the parcels and packaging area. Zumstein is very well 'signed', so one needn't wander aimlessly from floor to floor looking for that one special item unless one really wants to do so. I've done that, too, and it's sort of a magically journey through office supplies, art supplies, and mailing supplies (they also have a parcel service, but I didn't get the specifics on it). As has already been mentioned in other posts, the employees are professional and helpful. I usually feel very well taken care of when I'm in Zumstein. This place is a must-visit for anyone who needs to post an item, write a letter, make a bit of art and then some.
