At this point I'm better off draining my pool and starting again. What a waste of money! I do not recommend this store or their employees.

The pool is not level, the water visibly leans to one side, it is buckling in several areas, and multiple support legs are not installed correctly. These are serious installation issues that have not been corrected. After contacting the owner, he acknowledged there was a problem, told my parents the installer was his brother, and said he had fired him. He also assured them that he would personally come inspect the pool and make it right. That never happened. Instead, he sent the same brother back out. Rather than fixing the installation, he simply piled dirt around the bottom of the pool. None of the actual problems were addressed. The pool is still not level, still buckling, the water still leans to one side, and the support legs are still improperly installed. There have been multiple conversations and multiple opportunities to make this right, but nothing has been resolved. At this point, the pool appears to need to be completely taken down, the ground properly leveled, and the pool reinstalled correctly. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend SHIPP Shape Pool. We expected a professional installation and for the company to stand behind its work, but neither has happened.

As another person stated in the reviews; he will take your money, screen your calls and won't call or text you back. I hope no one has to go through what we've been through. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Our back yard was left in a mess and now we're left having to figure out how to complete our project. They seemed to deprioritize my home repairs and constantly left my renter wondering what the next step was while the house was left in disarray after water mitigation. I asked them specifically to keep in touch as their excuse was always COVID related. I told them that I understood and if they couldn't deliver on service due to COVID, they should at least increase their Customer Service portion and please please please keep the customer happy. They agreed and it sounded good at first but for several days there was no contact with no status updates. There were the normal delays for shipping and such but all I asked for were regular updates to my renter, that were not provided. The workers (when they actually showed up) were constantly telling my renter that they needed to leave for school or anything they had to, to leave early and not complete the work. This drug on for several days and then the final straw. They pulled up a floor in a room that didn't even need repairs!! The entire experience was infuriating and all I received were BS excuses, the words "things happen" were used, aloud! I'm in the middle of selling this house and their poor work ethic and lack of communication pushed my closing date by two weeks causing a chain of events that will likely push it even further. Do yourself a favor, these guys are a preferred contractor for USAA, if you have USAA and they recommend Chelsea, get someone else.

I purchased a "rental ready" supposed turn key rental property sight unseen(I understand the lack of due diligence was my fault). The house had structural issues, tiles were popping up all over the kitchen floor, holes in the drywall covered by duct tape and then painted, no door on the breaker box, cigarette butts on the laundry area floor, front door didn't close or lock properly, the condensate drain line was improperly installed and was not strapped under house, a toilet that sat on a crack concrete bathroom floor with a gap under it I could put my hand in, wall sockets that crumbled as try to remove them to change out. I could go on, and on, and on...... I've been in several houses they managed and maintained and the work was shameful. There's a name for people that rent out houses in that kind of condition. I thought they would at least put effort in to processing my rent payments in a timely manner. I thought wrong. It usually took 3-4 weeks after the tenant had paid before we received our portion of the funds, and that was usually after having to chase it up multiple times. You'd be hard pressed to find a tween with more excuses. The final month of business we learned that they were sitting on 2 months of rent from the tenant, and we still had not received ours. That was after being told 4 times that the money had been sent electronically. It's not like they had to double entry book keep in a ledger and mail a check! I never figured out if they just liked to sit on other peoples money, their couldn't handle simple administration, or the didn't have the money in the bank to send me mine and had to wait for other peoples rent to come in first If you are a landlord don't waste your time.
