I reached out numerous times via text to an employee who asked for my email so he could email me some basic pool care guidelines. Never received it and finally gave up. I have reached out for an appointment to close the pool and am awaiting a response. I'm trying to give them a chance but if they want repeat business or good reviews they need to focus on their customer service. I'm hopeful they will come through with the closing of the pool as we are first time pool owners and basically have had to resort to YouTube videos for guidance. Zero stars for not completing my pool. Zero stars for not getting pool done 9 months after start…read morewith a signed contract stating 2 weeks completion time. Zero stars for huge wrinkles in pool liner on my steps. Zero stars for unbonded equipment. Zero stars for zero communication. Please do not use this company for your pool. You will be disappointed and it will cost u money. Started in Sept and still isn't done. Yard is still torn up no grass. I have no idea how to get my pool up and running and had no advise or startup chemicals to get it going. I have the cheapest equipment on the market and it wasn't even bonded. Crooked plumbing and crooked pool cover box. Pool cover already came off track and had to be repaired by another company for 700 dollars. I never even got return eyelets. Electrical had to be redone for sloppy work at a cost of 1000 by an awesome company Jorgenson Electric. Pool slide started to come apart because all the bolts were loose. Luckily I got them tightened before kids got hurt. At least two of the pool slide bolts holding it to the ground are loose and unable to tighten. My pool cover doesn't sit flush and causes a huge trip hazard and could cut my kids feet because it is aluminum. His fix was to remove half of the support brackets so not it's not safe at all and this is because of an un plum box. This automatic cover is over 8000 dollars. I still don't have all of the parts to complete the cover. My pool light was leaking and leaked out over a 3rd of pool water. This pipe is still loose and comes loose periodically and leaks hundreds of gallons very quickly . I don't have the parts needed to to mount the light correctly so it dangles by the wire in bottom of pool. First time he filled up the pool we had a huge rain and he had the drain line plugged up so my liner floated and and we had to reset and refill. That required draining the pool. The huge wrinkles in the liner are his fault. I sent him pics of liner and he said fill it up more anyways. Said he could use a plunger to fix it. Lmao. 3 other companies says needs drained and possibly new liner to be perfect as it should be when spending 10s of thousands of dollars. I also paid him in cash not one check at all. I'm sure u can understand the implications there. He even called me a prick because I demanded some answers. He also never gave me a pool vacuum or brush . We also wanted stained concrete but since he took months and months to get to concrete stage it got too cold to add the drain without the possibility of brittle concrete . So no stain for us. Keep in mind he is continuing to take deposits from other people and starting new pools while ours is in shambles. I work 60 hours a week and don't have the time to work on a pool as well. I'm not a pool guy. Save your money. Use someone else. I will have to go to court to get any remedy at all. I've exhausted all options through text and calling. Don't make the same mistake I have.
