They roast their own coffee which you can buy as whole beans of various sorts, or they'll grind it for you to whichever coarseness (eg espresso, filter). So kind! Plenty of places to sit indoors or outside, and there's a restroom. They tolerate people working here and there is free WiFi (WLAN). The sweets are delicious, especially the peanut slice. It's cheaper, nicer, more welcoming and better equipped than any other cafe in the area. Walk or bike (no parking anywhere near Herderplatz).
