First time using this company and found using Google/Yelp search. Elad (Tech) responded and…read moreserviced my broken Kitchaid refrigerator. He was professional, friendly and respectful of my home. My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending. Very impressed with this company and Elad. It is a pleasant surprise to find a technician with integrity that doesn't make unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this business and would use them in the future if needed.

I had ordered the books to have her name on to try and help them work through their grief while hopefully being able to focus on some positivity. It took over 6 weeks for delivery. One of the books came without the advertised floral print and none of the books had her name inscribed. When I reached out to see what happened, I was told to return it and pay for shipping, and once received they would refund me. Absolute lack of customer service. Do better!
