The cocktails prices are alright( 8 euros for a long drink) entrance fee varies though, depending on the event. The venue is a bit rough inside and no real places to seat in general. The venue is not too big, just how I like it. However, if it's a sold-out (or close to) show, then it can be choatic. We saw a rock band played there, and people were pushing each other, spilling beers, shouting. For me, I was engulfed within a circle of tall people that I had no chance of even seeing the band. Next time I go, a bit of better planning (go earlier) + better luck = better experience.

It is a charming and affordable one-ring circus and the show is always entertaining. The acts are outstanding and the venue is the perfect size. There are not really any bad seats in the house. Arrive early and watch the charming pre-show horseback rides for the children and also the birthday honors bestowed upon anyone (no matter their age) celebrating their birthday. This year's show is dedicated to the late Cristel Zembach Krone. Although she is no longer with us, her beloved horses certainly are!

Vinyl collection on another wall. A small piano in the middle. A random swan chair and a gigannnntic book at the front. You can seat yourself and the waiter will bring the menu to you. No ordering directly from the bar. There are lots of drinks to choose from. We tried about twelve drinks and they were all delicious, though some were made a little strong. And the floor is angled higher towards the back, so the tall-person-syndrome (where a tall person stands in front of you and blocks your view to the stage...) is a lesser problem. However, even with the tilt, this venue is unusually narrow and long. In the far back where the bar stands, one wouldn't be able to see the performers. Imagine...you find a good spot within a packed crowd to stand to see the performers, squeeze your long way through the little crevices among people to get to the bar, wait long to get your drink, and then squeeze your way back AND manage to not spill your drink on someone. It is some test of wills. It might have been an isolated experience for me, but the crowd was slightly aggravating (probably because of the restricted space). I heard people arguing with one another, and some man pushed my arm away when I was trying to take a photo. If you are to catch a specific band and want a less frustrating experience, then go early. For a short person like me, there are areas to stand by the sides of the venue where one can stand higher.

One server/hostess appeared to be the only employee and after standing there for about 10 mins with no assistance we walked out. You cannot see the stage from the apparent standing portion of the bar. Half of the bar is obstructed from the stage, so if you want to actually see the band then I guess you should arrive very early.

Stumbled into this jazz club at 1 in the morning after a whole day at Octoberfest and scootering around Marienplatz with my best friend... Only ordered water (lol) but the atmosphere while the jazz player (a fellow American!) played was so mesmerizing ... every party there (it was packed as it is a small little bar) sat in silence as they just listened and watched the jazz players do their thing!
