The only thing holding me back from giving RNS Barre class five stars is that weights aren't used and I don't feel I get much of an upper arm workout. The energy is fabulous and it is definitely a great workout. Update: weights were used in class today. First time I've seen this. I'm waiting to change my rating until I see
