Concerning the agency, this one is big and with several real estate agents (5 I think). The computer system of this agency does not seems ok, the real estate agent had a bug on his computer system which according to him arrives rather often. So, we had to change of desk. Once our request of appartment was made, we heard roughly that this one was unrealistic (no agency previously had said that). In other words for our budget nothing to propose. We left empty-handed, the agent had to inform us about possible announcements, but he never called us... To finish, the agency manager allowed to pass in front of us customers, saying that they are more important (translation: more loaded, more susceptible to buy) without caring too much attention of our wait. I don't recommend.
