First of all, they cut my grass while it was raining and in the darkening evening, so they left a skid mark, tire tracks, and piles of cut grass throughout the yard. Odean did say he would come and finish picking up the grass. The next day during the daylight I observed my yard. They did not cut grass along the fence, along the house, or on the side- front yard( partly because they still had concrete laying in the grass from the subpar driveway job they did for me), there was rows of grass not cut, the yard was not edged up, and the bushes were not completely trimmed up. I contacted Odean and he thought he did a great job and only needed to pick up the grass he raked. I was "over it". I found another lawncare service for 94% less for the same thing they did. The rocks are still in the yard from June 15th. And I contacted him several times about removal.

He did a GREAT job and went above and beyond to help me and my relatively small project. Thank you!read more

My family hired him to prep our garden beds and after receiving the deposit went no contact,…read moreeventually responding with some bs about being too busy and that he will get to it in a few weeks. Well we had plants that needed to get into the ground for spring and even after several weeks he still gave the run around. He said he would top off the vegetable garden beds for free to keep our business and we told him exactly what we wanted in our beds and where to get it. He proceeded to top the garden bed off with essentially mud. When he was confronted about it he said it is job and he gets to choose what soil he uses He also never even did the job he was hired to do and refused to give our deposit back, stating that he "already did half the job (mind you he said he would top the bed off for free to keep our business and only refunded the deposit when he was reminded we have receipts of him saying this)." Not only this but he yelled at my mom on the phone, not letting her get a word in, then hung up on her. I dont know what the hell this guy put in the garden bed but all of our plants are already dead/dying and we have never had a problem like this at all. Save your time, money, and garden and STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! This guy is a joke. Please go to a professional. My parents wanted to give a small business a chance when he was doing work in a neighbor's yard, I wish they would have looked up his reviews because he clearly has quite the reputation for his horrible "business." Also after being fired from the job he texted "no review" to both of my parents LOL like okay sure buddy. Why would we not leave a review after this horrendous experience.

What I appreciate most and I believe key to their success, is Ken getting to know my wife and I by coming by and talking with us and observing our own personal style, personalities, and beginning the design process there. I think we had three separate meetings throughout the process and stayed within our budget. If you are looking for professional landscape design, I highly suggest giving Ken a call for an assessment and bid.

The care Clipper took in choosing the cuts brought a result that is something akin to artistic: balance and symmetry for the health of the trees and their appearance was achieved. They look great. All the arborists wore hard hats at all times, put up road signs advising of work ahead, and yes, they cleaned up well. They took the time to speak with us before and during the work, and made sure we were all on the same page with desired outcomes. Great company; highly recommend!

Ryan arrived at the appointed time. We walked around my front and back yards and I was able to ask him every question about my gardens that I've had in my head! Ryan suggested moving an edible perennial from a raised bed to a perimeter garden bed to better increase my annual veggie space and my mind was blown. NEVER would have come up with that on my own! He also made recommendations about better siting new-ish fruit trees and my compost bin, removing hardscape, where to put backyard chickens, drip and soaker hose irrigation, trellising grape vines and raspberries, bunny and worm compost, and many more disparate questions. I don't think I need this company's other services, since I do most of the work myself, but I told Ryan that the cost of the consult was worth every penny! So, I give, for me, a rare five stars!
