And of course, she made a big big mistake on my name which unfortunately she already Efiled it. And so I noticed upon checking that my name on the RETURN was incorrect. I went back to her office and she printed me a new once with my name's correction, and she told me that she fixed it also on the file but she lied cause I found it in the IRS website that my name was still incorrect. And so I called her concerning this matter and she didn't even apologize and just hang up on me. And what's worst, she misplaced my w2 while in the process of filing my tax. THIS LADY NEEEDS TO RETIRE. She's terrible what she does.
