I scheduled carpet cleaning with Green Solutions, a one man operation, two weeks ago…read more I have a puppy who was completely house broken but started marking. He's having surgery and I wanted the carpets completely cleaned and deodorized immediately before his surgery to stop his marking behaviors. Well, I wasn't a client that was important enough to Mr. Green Solutions so he dropped my appointment for another client that had more precedence. I agreed, appreciatively, to reschedule late afternoon the day before my little guys surgery. A few hours before he was to arrive, he called and cancelled. This time not willing to reschedule until mid month. That doesn't work. This is not someone you want to work with. He is not reliable, professional, or trustworthy. I ended up having to scramble at the last minute to find a carpet cleaning service. If he runs late, it's your schedule that is negatively affected or your cleaning that gets cancelled. Since he can't manage his calendar and double books, new customers get dropped. It's one excuse after an other. Save yourself the frustration and book with a reliable carpet cleaning service.

I just wish I could give a negative star. This was absolutely the worst move I have ever had. My…read morefurniture was tore up. Solid walnut dining room set so damaged among many other pieces. I was told I would have four men. I had only two men. They did not have the man power to move my furniture. My dinet table was rolled on its side. The table put a large gouge in my hard wood floor. I was told they don't pay to get that fixed. I am still finding pieces that are damaged. I never complain so this is new to me. They contracted the move out to another company and failed to even tell me. My furniture was dropped, rolled and dresser drawers dropped in the yard. I can't even touch the surface of how bad. Please stay far away from this company. I used them years ago. I was told they are under new management now. I wish I did more checking. What a disappointment.

I had to jump in and find a mover for a small apartment to a storage unit within a week or so…read more Never thought I would find somebody, but surprisingly there were a few options. As I recall, initially the number I called for BRM went to someone else who told me they were getting my info to the right person. Darryck contacted me shortly after and needed to inform me when he could do the job based on another larger move customer the same week we needed. By the end of the next day he had locked me in to the next Wednesday, which was perfect for us. After talking to Darryck more and asking why he doesn't have any online presence on Google and Yelp for that matter, I found out that he has recently purchased the business from a former employer and is having a hard time getting these online listing services to allow him to set up the business under new ownership with the same business name. Also, the Facebook representation had no posts since June 2022, so at first, I was dubious. Well, Darryck is apparently focusing on providing good work more than online presence. He was great on communications. Answers his phone, texts and emails in reasonable time for a man physically doing the work. He was the only mover who sent me a quote on letterhead as a .pdf. He and his partner worked as if THEY were paying for my move. They really hustled, in a good way, I wasnt concerned about the cargo due to them working so fast. He charged their time from the moment they arrived and began working to the last box landing at the other end. Very reasonable and came in at a fraction of his estimate for his final bill. Note: We were very prepared with very little to disassemble and almost everything boxed, staged and ready to go. It was a small move and they knocked it out like it was nothing. The better YOU prepare, the less expensive your move will be. These guys work HARD by the hour. Anything you can do to make their job easier, simply saves you money. The less you leave them to do, the less your cost is going to be.

I hired Cubbage Solutions after my septic alarm light came on, expecting professional service and a…read moreguarantee on their work. What I received instead was poor workmanship, incorrect guidance, and extremely unprofessional behavior. Cubbage Solutions told me my pump needed immediate replacement and instructed me to have the tanks emptied afterward. I followed every step exactly as they recommended. During the installation, I questioned why the new pump was being placed directly on the ground when the previous pump had been elevated. I was told this was "to prevent movement," but I later learned pumps are typically installed about a foot off the bottom to avoid clogging. Because Cubbage Solutions installed the pump so low, it actually made the underlying issue worse by allowing sludge to clog the lines leading to the drain field. Three days later, a separate company emptied the tanks as instructed. Less than a month after the installation, the alarm light came back on. When I called, the owner immediately blamed me, claiming the tanks were full during installation and telling me to remove the pump myself to clean the screen. He also told me I "wouldn't like it" if he had to come out, then hung up on me. When I called back, he said he would not guarantee his work and hung up again. He also failed to complete my required annual AOSS inspection. I eventually hired Powell Plumbing for a second opinion. They confirmed the issue was not the pump at all--there was an underlying problem that Cubbage Solutions completely missed, and their improper installation only made things worse. Cubbage Solutions is unreliable, unprofessional, and does not stand behind its work. I strongly recommend choosing another company.
