Have had three gifted family members complain of scheduling and rescheduling complications. My relaxing gift to them instead becoming a source of irritation. Appointments are scheduled months out then rescheduled now weeks later with another provider or cancelled outright on day of / twice now. Seriously ? Nope I'm done.
