After not going for a month half and paying my monthly fees and was told by reception and Dr. quirk that at anytime they would recredit sessions if i would cancel was definitely not the case. I was told that I would no longer be a patient if I cancelled my services and because I was on a reduced payment plan that I would not get any credits even thought for one month and half I didn't go and informed them that I couldn't. I highly recommend Douglas as a chiropractor, but I am really frustrated that Natacha has not even thought about getting my thyroid checked by ordering a full thyroid panel test. She also prescribed my a totally useless test for adrenals. The saliva test apparently is a much better test than the blood one. Overall, I wasted a lot of money on unnecessary supplements and tests with her. Spend your money wisely, guys, don't waste your precious time and money on incompetent specialists like Natacha.
