Welcome to Kiel Germany. I visited this place to see the Catholic church of St Nicholas a very old gothic style church and this coffee shop is just beside the church. Service is good crew are always smiling although i dont speak German at all.small shop and only patio sitting if i am not mistaken there were just 3 tables there lessthan 8 people only. Specialty here is bread,i jokingly said to my cousin that the name should be bread factory instead of back factory. We ordered few kinds of bread,,a fish fillet sandwich,plus a German donut,my cousin go for a coffee while i got this German tea. I love the donuts both plain and the one with cream filling,the other bread was like pizza and others were cheese bread. They also sell some novelty item like mugs and other souvinier from Kiel. Touristry place so noise level is a bit loud than normal,there is no wifi and no public washroom. Accept card and cash. Kids will love it here because there is a hotdog bread.
