Homeowners beware!!…read more I first met this vendor after discovering they were using my yard as an unauthorized access point to drive a backhoe alongside our property. It was very presumptuous to operate heavy equipment on our lawn without first obtaining our permission. When I spoke with them in person, they seemed reasonable and indicated they would address the situation. Unfortunately, once they left the area, communication became a completely different story. We have reached out to this vendor at least three times by phone and text, and they have been largely unresponsive. Ironically, the primary reason I was trying to reach them was to discuss hiring them for work at a second property we own. It's unfortunate that their failure to return phone calls or text messages will likely cost them a project worth thousands of dollars. Responsiveness and follow-through are important qualities in a contractor, and based on our experience, those have been lacking.

Six and a half weeks ago, the entire family went to look at the Golden (Retriever -King Cavalier…read moreSpaniel) Cavalier puppies. These were the cutest, happiest, most loving puppies you can ever imagine. We brought one home with us and he is definitely the family favorite. He is smart and really likes to be trained. There are 5 members of the household. Parents and 3 children ages 12, 10 and 7. Howie loves everyone. My daughter had never wanted a dog but she immediately fell in love with him and she and her husband have taught him many commands already. Howie seems to thrive with living in an active family. He rides well in the car. Sleep very well at night. The Staff were so nice and let us look and hold several dogs. They thoroughly explained the adoption experience. He was 10 weeks old and by week 16 he has doubled his weight. He is still expected to be about 40 lbs full grown. It was an excellent family experience. You must make an appointment to go. That makes sure you are able to see the puppies and that they have time for you. You see the puppy in a private room where all of you can hold and check out the puppy. You can also then take the puppy to an outside area where you can see them running around. We were there about 2 hours. Great family memory!

The reason I love this farm so much is for many reasons: Rascal the special needs dog ALWAYS coming running so happily to my car. She just wants pets and to greet you. She is thee mascot of this farm in my opinion. I love being able to feed the llama, the Pot belly pigs who ring the bell to be feed Cheetos! The rabbits where you can go into their cage/exhibit to feed them and pet them sometimes! Plus the kitties and deer she sometimes will get in. The farm isn't any old farm. It was rebuild by firemen from New York who supported the 9/11 attack after the farm took a large hit by a tornado in the area years ago! The best part is not only the support of the local warmart, the local community but all the few wonderful people whom keep this farm running and going! The wonderful people who call in to bring in injured animals as well. The farm recently took in a woodpecker, a 3 day old baby mouse and will rehab and release animals back to the wild. Please go donate and visit to support the local, animal sanctuary, and animal hospice farm that we all know and love. You can find them on trip advisor and Facebook!
