He filled black, unreadable supporting documents for the trial. He also refused to request subpoenas from opposing parties and to issue requests for the production of documents from opposing parties. He also refused to obtained disclosures and prepare the case well before the trial date and just set me up for failure. My opposite attorneys is tight the rope around my neck and taking advantage of the situation. However, he did successfully collect money, neglected and abandon the case, and falsely accused the client just one day before Christmas. Fortunately, his secretary refused to take additional money he demanded for the trial, approximately $11,000, on December 19, 2024, citing the office's chaos and stating that they would call the client the next day. In light of these events, I am considering filing a complaint with the bar association or a legal malpractice/unethical practices lawsuit to request damages . I would appreciate your advice on which course of action to take and recommendations for attorneys which you can trust .
