There was an issue at the hotel during our last night stay at Planet Hollywood and De'Asia made sure she expressed this to the hotel to assist me in anyway to accommodate for the issue. I received no response with travel rates from neither contact option. Not sure how the business is running and no one responds. I am ready to book travel but I can't get a response from anyone. Due to the time I get off weekly it's not possible that I visit the office. I was told when I called that I could send an my inquiry by email. Either way I should still receive a response. I've taken my services elsewhere.
