DO NOT USE THIS LIMO CO!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!…read moreIf I could give "0" stars I would!!! I have never left a Yelp review but I had to for this I booked a black stretch limo to pick up my son and DIL after their wedding to be dropped off at their venue an hour away. The limo was ten minutes late to arrive and the driver, who was an older woman, stated that the limo's alternator that ran the A/C and lights in the back of the limo went out. It was like a sauna in there! She stated that they brought their "party bus" following behind because they weren't sure the limo wouldn't break down on the way to the venue. So instead of my son and his new bride arriving in an elegant limo to the reception like I had booked, they arrive in a party bus that looked and sounded like it was falling apart, with a "stripper pole" in the middle, driven by a guy in overalls with his dog in his lap!! We had no plan B since we trusted they would uphold their end of the deal. The limo itself was not that elegant either. The paint was scratched and faded as were the seats inside. The kicker was the female driver told me that we were getting a deal since the party bus costs more to rent than the limo! She said she wouldn't charge us more for the party bus even though she could! DEFINITELY NOT A Touch of Class! There was NOTHING classy about any of it! SO disappointing and SO unprofessional!!!!

Our angel and hero! We had a small accident about 20 miles from Temple which left our car…read moreundriveable. Because there were 5 of us the tow companies couldn't take us all to town but NO TAXI SERVICES in town would help us. They refused to come out because we were so far from town. As a last ditch effort we found A Touch of Class Limousines in dex online phone book and at 11 pm she came out to get us in her mini-van. Then she not only took us to our hotel but first to an open store to buy necessities. I was traveling with a child and my handicapped mother and would have been lost without her! This is a professional, personable and well run company. If you need a limo service that will take personal pride and professionalism to heart - this is the one for you!
