Apenas 15 minutos antes de disfrutar la experiencia, me informan que la reserva no está confirmada porque no se recibió ese supuesto segundo número. Para colmo, en lugar de asumir su falta de comunicación, me culpan a mí por "no saberlo", como si fuera mi responsabilidad adivinar un procedimiento que nunca me explicaron. Me parece inaceptable que un error de información por parte de ellos termine afectándome a mí, haciéndome perder tiempo y generando una enorme frustración. I have trouble explaining what I want in my own native tongue so I figured I had nothing to lose. For 12€ I had a shampoo (twice washed), conditioner, cut and blow dry/style. With the help of Google, my limited Spanish and my Pinterest haircut photo collection I got exactly what I wanted! The whole cut experience took about 45 minutes. I feel like a million dollars while rocking a whole new look!
