Fortunately, the one person who was truly professional, responsive, cordial and honest was Freddie. 1) Communication: Freddie will respond to all your questions and concerns in a timely manner through Yelp chat, text messages and phone calls. He is respectful and very thorough in his estimate and work completed. He sends before, during and after photos to ensure accuracy of his job. Lastly, he comes on time and makes sure to complete the job with quality. 2) Job: I would say his job is top notch. He is very detailed in his work, making sure everything fits perfectly because he backs his work with warranty. He did a great job with the custom modification of my old kitchen cabinets to fit the brand new oven. He also hauled away the old oven and cleaned up after himself. 3) Pricing: I would say his pricing is reasonable because you always want a certified contractor to do a great job especially when installing an oven which you don't want to skim money on for a cheap job. He did throw in the free additional parts needed for the oven to work. He went above and beyond to make sure tenants and myself were satisfied. Overall I would recommend Freddie to help with jobs in your home. Just ask him for a quick quote and he will tell you what he can do to ensure you get the items repaired. I called them and they wanted pictures of the hose/water heater. I sent it to them and they asked for my card number. I gave it to them and they came and replaced my hose. Then they left in a big hurry without even giving me a receipt or anything to sign. I found out later why they left so quickly. AFTER THEY LEFT, MY HOT WATER NEVER CAME BACK ON. I called them the next day 5 times and left my number and they NEVER returned my calls. I called them several times after that and still no return call. I tried to contact the Better Business Bureau but there was no record of Lusk in Blythe. They aren't part of the BBB and it's obvious why. They rip people off. Finally they called and said they'd talk to the ones they sent over. I called them back and the owner said they never worked on my watwer heater. He said I stopped payment on my card (which I did several days later because they hadn't returned my calls and broke my water heater.) So yes, I did stop the payment later. It's going to cost me mush more now to fix my water heater than the $206 dollars they charged to replace a $5 hose. The kids he sent over that day said my hot water would be back on in 1/2 hour. I waited til the next day and it never came back. So after several days I stopped the payment because I knew they were ripping me off. Now the RUDE owner is saying I did something to my own hot water heater. I called them the NEXT DAY after they left. No receipt, nothing to sign, and then hiding from me. These guys are horrible and will cost you more than what they ripped you off with originally. They are the most EVIL human beings on the planet. I'm a disabled veteran. They have no morals or shame. THEY AREN'T PART OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR A REASON. THEY DON"T WANT TO ANSWER TO THEM. DO NOT USE THEM!!
