Widest variety of boutique cigars I have come across in Philly and they have plenty of the standards. But honestly, I love when I find something unique. Like an Illusione Epernay from 2014!! Are you kidding me! Prices are solid, lounge is comfy too. Spend like $25 and use the lounge - fair enough to me. I was able to get some work done and relax while enjoying a great cigar. I went to get cigars for my husband on Veterans Day and the traffic and vehicles are fast you can't park fast enough as I'm trying to park 3 idiots sitting in front of the shop clowning me about my parking. The experience isn't good where I have to be harassed going to buy products. Not sure if black owned. Change your strategy fast. Also the cashier didn't have a clue of what asking to purchase. I had to call my husband and have him this incompetence what he would like. I will be going to shops that have conduct, respect and decency. This shop isn't it. read more

This is a terrible online cigar shop. I placed my order on October 1st and paid priority mail. Per their website they will shop same day if ordered before 4 pm. I ordered at 5 pm and I waa expecting it to be shipped the next day, however they did not ship it till October 3rd. As I mentioned paid priority shipping and they are tryimg to tell me that priority is 3-5 business days I looked it up on the USPS website and from Virginia to where I am in Florida is between a 1-3 Business day They definitely took my priority money and shipped regular. And now it is stuck somewhere because of bad weather If they would of shipped it when they were supposed to Oct 2nd and actually shipped it priority I would of received it no later than October 5th Now thoses cigars are worthless being over a week on the road read more

Great local place that has a large selection of cigars. They also have a smoking lounge in the back which is pretty cool. Big screen TV too.

This is a neighborhood cigar shop in Chestnut Hill that has a nice variety of good cigars and other tobacco products at reasonable prices. They also have a comfy smoke room in the rear of the store equipped with nice leather sofas and a large TV. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about cigars and they will gladly help you find the perfect cigar for your tastes. Me and my buddy Dennis went there to have a cigar and eventhough it was a holiday they were open at usual business hours. The last time I was there it was Memorial Day and the staff were grilling some hamburgers and hot dogs and they share them with all the customers. Did I mentioned that they also sell fine wine? Another good reason to visit this lovely establishment. They are open 7 days a week until 8 pm, plenty of time for you to enjoy the best of all bad habits. read more

While supping at the annual Hipster Home zep-fest, enjoying good friends, beers, and the mythical zep, I was in my happy place. Everything was perfect...weather, laughter, the fading sun...but something was missing. At almost the same time, Chris V., Jim H., and myself looked at each other and said..."cigars." Thankfully, just down the street was Bnb Cigars. A small mom & pop tobacco shop, it was filled with regulars looking for a place to buy their favorites and smoke them without their wives, girlfriends, nanny-state, or other emasculating influences telling them not to. So, we few, we happy few, we band of brothers trodded off to Hipster Home, cigars in hand, and joyfully puffed away, restoring our man-hood. read more

Discovered this place in the neighborhood (well, Chestnut Hill, but close enough), and stopped in for some cigarette tobacco. Not too many options, but the one I did go home with was just fine, and very reasonably priced. I think the guys working here are high - they said they usually close at 9pm, (I went in around 9:45) but "if they are there, they will stay open." Ookay. read more

Won't ever go anywhere else. My husband and I got cigars here for a cigar bar at our wedding. The manager was incredible, he got us exactly what we wanted at a very fair price, had everything ready to go when we needed to pick it up, including matches, cutters, and even threw in a little gift for us! On top of that they always offer military and emergency services discounts and are just overall great people! Highly recommend!! read more

This is a great place for the avid cigar smoker. I only smoke on social occasions, but I can count on B n B to have what I enjoy and to make recommendations that will appeal to me as well. The place has small town service right here in Philadelphia and I would go out of my way to keep going there - prices are good as well. read more

BnB is a nice local place that is almost always open. The selection of pipe tobacco and cigars is very good, and their merchandise is almost always in tip-top shape. The atmosphere is laid back but not lacking class, although that depends on who is running the store. I will say that I'm a relatively regular customer (once every few weeks), and no one seems to recognize me when I go in. I've even been completely ignored by people that I know work there (usually because they're smoking and watching TV). This is both good and bad, since you're not accosted by annoying sales people. But it can be frustrating when you literally have to wait until a commercial break before being rung up. There's clearly no protocol for dealing with customers at BnB, so it's a mixed bag: be warned. What I particularly like is their hospitable smoking room in the back. Overall, the place is a good smoke shop; I think things have been improving over the last few months as to customer service, as well. read more
