We had a voucher for BOGOF tokens but decided that even £24 for £12 wasn't worth it. I was amazed at just how big the market was but as you go round you see that a lot of the stalls are selling the same things for the same prices so it could have been condensed down to half the size. The sideshows in the little kiddies area were a real rip-off. £2 for the hook a duck to win something you could buy in the £store. I wouldn't make a special trip to go there again :(

Sometimes I enjoy the ride and sometimes I wonder why the ** am I doing this? Unless it has changed since I was there this is free to get in but you pay for rides. Booklets are most economic. Big scary rides and a fair few kiddie rides. Lots of tacky food stands some shops and kiosks. I admire the man who started this all. He was a market trader with big ideas..then came a caravan park and eventually he seems to own most of Ingoldmells including building the park. Usually packed and smelling of onions but if it is your thing then it is very close to many other coastal attractions too so worth a visit.

It is a part of the Fantasy Island complex and the market existed before the Theme Park. Same food outlets. It is extremely large. It gets very crowded but it can be interesting. There are bargains to be had if you are not looking for designer labels and yet you can often get overmakes of them. If you like shopping and markets you could easily spent 2/3 hours here and come out with branded cosmetics and tioletries..fake label sunglasses, household stuff, clothes etc.

The only problem is the HUGE crowds, to avoid this its best to go earlyish in the morning. Plenty to eat and drink when you walk round, as well as plenty of toilets. Other than that its a great location, with plenty of other attractions nearby.

Lovely little pier on the Skegness seafront. It used to be much longer, but was thrashed by storms…read moreso often they just gave up. As it is, still a nice place to hang out and unwind in good weather. There's a "casino" attached (as always, open only in the high season), but there's no café on the pier as such, but several pubs are available in the area (about a five minute walk from the pier). In contrast with the cheap amusements nearby, this is a nicely quiet place.

A good time was had by all at this theme park. Except for me, because almost every ride I went on…read morewas nausea inducing. The ride that set the nausea tone was "extreme something or other". Behind the ride was a painting of lady gaga, taylor swift and some British celebrity who I've never heard of. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIDE! I got on, locked in and then got freaked out and begged the attendant to let me off. He wouldn't let me off! This ride is terrible, it spins you horizontally, vertically and diagonally all at the same time. This park seems dangerous. The rides looked aged and I feared for my life on everything I went on from the rusted ferris wheel to the shuddering surf rider. I seriously don't know why I put myself in these situations. Also, stay away from the hot dogs! They are weird and gelatinous and the mustard looks like Crayola glitter glue! The freshly fried doughnuts and cool ice creams are definitely something I would recommend. The doughnuts are really greasy and crispy. And don't miss out on the rock candy which this area is known for.
