New equipment, nice locker…read morerooms, a wide variety of classes, and most of all an incredibly knowledgeable staff that goes the extra mile to help you attain your fitness goals. If you're looking into personal training, I highly recommend Chris Savoie. I was a little intimidated to start personal training again, but Chris met me where I was at and has consistently challenged me to push myself, grow, and get better. No workout is the same- he keeps it fresh and exciting without skipping out on the basics. Chris also does small group training and has a knack for matching up skill levels and personalities and making sure that each participant gets individualized attention even while in a group setting.

I've been a member of the 360 Fitness Gym located in Tyler, Texas since October 2019…read more I joined 360 because they were different from other gyms in the area in a good way. They were eager to help me get back on track. We looked at all the possibilities and they helped me find my direction and determine what was best for me. My trainer, Chris, is the best. He's there every step of the way; workout plan, diet, encouragement and goal setting. It doesn't matter how old you are, 360 Fitness is the place to be to make your fitness goals a reality. You will be impressed with all they have to offer and how they can personalize it for you. For me, 360 Fitness will always be my gym. I hope to see you there.

First of all the parking here is really bad. They only have a small area to work out and while I…read morewas tanning I could hear the owner being rude to someone on the phone because the office is attached to the tanning room. It was super awkward and I was not comfortable and never wanted to go back. To make matters worse, they sent me to collections for a couple hundred dollars and denied my request to cancel over the phone. I'm sorry if this is their policy but I was not comfortable going back and now I'm in collections and bad credit because of these people. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

I really like this gym. I tried it today for the first time. Here are some quick notes on it:…read more 1. Well-maintained equipment. The pulleys on the machines pulled smoothly. This isn't always the case at other gyms. 2. Good selection of machines and free weights. 3. Everything is super clean. There was even an employee dusting the (clean) machines. 4. The locker rooms are really nice. The showers looked super clean. 5. It's not overly busy, so you can do 2-exercise supersets (e.g. push/pull) without upsetting anyone by using two pieces of equipment. 6. One of the employees (maybe the owner?) was consistently out on the workout floor and seemed really friendly and helpful with everyone. No major cons that I could see. Some of the free weights had numbering that was a bit worn, but an employee saw me notice that and said he was going to re-paint the numbers soon. The most comparable gym to FIT would be The Institute in Longview (about 3/4 of an hour away), so this is a great option for Tyler.

I came in on February 26, 2026 which is before the 30 day window. The manager AND Jake the managing partner informed me because my last payment is March 7, 2026 and within the 30 days of the annual fee, I have to pay both?? I tried to ask for the annual fee to be waived since I won't have access to the gym these next 12 months but was informed they cant do that for me. I feel ripped off. The gym, while clean, is not worth these unreasonable, greedy policies.

If you want to check it out, show up 30 minutes early and these folks will set you up. There is a system, one that works. As a long time OT member I want to agree with the positive reviews on this thread, it's an amazing…read moreworkout for the right kind of person that needs just a little nudge to get over the hump everyday. I also want to address the 5 minute comment below. If you've been to OT you understand the class is very structured and broken up into 2-3 groups at a time. It is not a freestyle workout and often includes partner workouts. They have a 5 minute warm-up period that makes it easy to enter the class, but after that period it is VERY disruptive to have people coming and going. They also often have a waitlist of people to get into a class if someone no-shows so the 5 minute period also allows for this. If you are the type of person that can't show up a few minutes early then maybe OTF isn't for you. I know I've had life get in the way a few times and been turned away at the door. It's certainly frustrating but after going for a few sessions you understand why that's the policy. I've lost 30 pounds on the program and continue to go multiple times a week even after meeting my goal weight.
