This place isn't bad. It's clean, feels safe, the room has plenty of space, and it's right on the tram line. There are some decent places to eat nearby. It's not an exciting place to stay, though. It did feel kind of like staying in a dorm, and the other clientele confirmed that feeling for me. Lots of young guests, noise in the hallways, traveling in loud groups with adult chaperones.
There's a wifi network, but it was IMPOSSIBLY slow and requires a free registration before you can use it. More than half the time, I couldn't even get anything to load beyond the login screen. Prepare to be without internet during your stay.
The room did what we needed it to do. It was comfortable, and inexpensive, and made it easy to get to the things we wanted to see in Rome. But it wasn't a special experience so much as a good base camp. read more
