My wife's car wouldn't start so we had no choice but to have it towed. I've had encounters with tow drivers in the past that made me leery of who I should call. Was having it towed to Firestone and they recommended B&R. Tommy answered and also wound up being my tow driver. What an awesome dude! Very professional, and very considerate. I liked him so much that when my car had to go from Firestone to a Nissan dealership, I called him back to have him tow it there too. Clean equipment, super helpful. I have entered him into my phone contacts and will recommend him to anyone and if needed use him again. Can't say enough! I hit a pothole and it shredded my back tire this past Sunday. Memorial Day weekend, nobody is open, can't buy a tire and I'm stuck. I called Honda Road Service and they told me my wait time was 120 minutes to get my car towed into the dealership. Within three minutes, I got a text from B&R that they were on the way within 30 minutes which then ended up being even less than that. They then towed my car to the dealership (no donut/no spare in the new cars) and went above and beyond to get my car settled. The dealer had gated off the lot and repaved it. The driver then had the local police thinking he was taking my car not brining it in. He took it then to the "auxiliary lot" which was also having work done and was gated. They wouldn't just drop it until they knew the location was safe and legitimate and the driver made sure a note about it with my keys was put in the drop box at Honda. Most companies would have called me having a fit and said we are dropping it on the side of the road but B&R instead called to update me of the situation and to let me know that they would make sure a solution was found and my car was safe. The whole team at B&R is great. No nonsense hassle free and helpful with automotive service. I've taken my car here a recently to have my filter housing replaced and then today my oil changed. My review is going to sound made up because of how perfect my experience was. The staff is very friendly. I have used them about 2 years ago before and I remember how friendly and helpful they were even back then. I am not sure if they just hire people with excellent customer service skills or they train them but they do a great job! Timing was great. When I called in the evening a few years ago they were upfront about their schedule and arrived on time. However this time they were lightning fast quick. Once again I am very impressed. And their prices. They are great. Even for my dump truck the price was unheard of. I have used AAA with my little caliber and they have charged more. This place has all my towing service. read more

I've never needed a tow truck service before but my car was having battery issues, wouldn't start, and I didn't know what to do. I took a chance and found this company via a google search. They were super helpful on the phone and showed up at my house in under 10 minutes! The driver was a former mechanic and extremely knowledgeable about my car's issue. He was able to get my car jump started in about 5 minutes. He also offered advice on potential next steps. Before he left, he made sure that I was able to drive my car away. Great customer service!
