This company is absolutely disgusting. They towed our car while my mom was just making a quick delivery for a resident inside the building, hazard lights on, not blocking anything, gone for only a few minutes. They didn't care at all, just acted like vultures waiting to grab any car they could. When we went to the tow yard to get the car back, things got even worse. The employees were aggressive and completely disrespectful. One of them even slammed the gate shut and hurt my mom, and another man, with an amputated leg, made racist comments, telling me to "climb the gate and do something like the Mexicans." That's pure discrimination, and nobody should ever be spoken to like that. They treated us like garbage and laughed while doing it. No empathy, no decency, no professionalism, just greed and hate. I'm writing this so people know exactly what kind of business this is. If you care about your safety or basic respect, stay far away from B&M Towing. I have been trying to get a hold of This company after I called the police and they said this company towed the car (I was legally parked btw!!). Please lemme know how I can get my car back asap I finally get a hold of someone on the phone and was told To just come with proof of ownership and an ID. I asked what are the rates to release my car she said once I come in I will be told the price .. I walked it at 9am at opening and the lady behind the privacy glass asked for my ID and last 6 digits of the vin. Once I told her my vin she said quickly $185 (they have no rates posted anywhere except) I pulled out my debit card as clearly there is a machine and signs that show they accept that form of payment , she quickly said "Cash only "! I said oh but I don't have cash she quickly repeated "cash only " and "machines don't work today , they are 'wonky' and "you know how technology is ".. so I had to call another uber to go to the nearest atm and back. I paid and I made sure to ask for a receipt since the thought didn't even occur to them to provide one and after reading all the bad reviews I wanted to make sure I had proof . This company illegally towed my vehicle stating it was blocking someone's driveway. This is false. I came outside to find an Audi A6 parked in the exact spot my Audi Sq5 was parked. I picked my vehicle up from the towing company and after driving for approximately 15 mins 3 warning lights went off. I initially thought that it was a minor sensor issue and called the tow company. I was informed by Dajia that I can bring my car back to the auto body shop associated with the company and they can run a diagnostic and reset the sensor if necessary. I returned on the same day 1/16/26. The mechanic was unable to perform diagnostic due to the machine being an older model and could not assess a 2024 vehicle. I contacted the tow company again and spoke to Dajia again. She informed me I can take it to another shop and the tow company would cover the cost. I informed her I will be taking my car to Audi because I did not have time to go to multiple shops trying to get a diagnostic Due to the improper handling of the tow personnel; two suspension sensors on the front end of the vehicle was broken and the camera had to be recalibrated. I sent the invoice to the email provided by Dajia and proof of payment. On 1/20 and 2/2 respectively. It has been 8 weeks since the incident and I have not received proper correspondence nor reimbursement for the damage to my car. I have given ample to time to B andM to resolve the issue amicable. It appears they want to avoid responsibility and this is unacceptable. I will be filing a small claim in court for the 2900 dollars for the repair of my vehicle and for lost wages associated with me missing work while dealing with this issue. read more

The mechanic next door to the towing company worked on my car because it would not start. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed my destroyed bumper and of course I got on the mechanic's back. The mechanic told me that when my car was bought into the shop by B&M Towing the bumper was already broken. After numerous calls on Monday 12/12/22, a lady by the name of Rebecca finally spoke to me but she denied any wrongdoing by B&M and that they would not be responsible nor repair my bumper. She told me that the bumper from my car came in broken to their lot. I was so shocked by her lie simply because my car has NEVER been in any type of accident nor fender bender and I have pictures attached to prove it (before and after B&M Towing). Tow company wont give me a receipt, need receipt for Progressive tow reimbursment. I paid $310 dollars. They promised me to send receipt to my phone or email, I was provided email address and the phone. Every day I call them to get my receipt. They promised to send it next day. After more than 10 days I was redirected to the guy, who just laughed and ask me, is it possible that Macy's store gives you receipts 10 days after you buy something? Had a breakdown on 07/28/25.Called Geico for roadside assistance a little pass 12pm.They said this was the closest station for service.B&M gave an ETA of 1.16pm.Then updated that to 2.16pm.At 2.16pm another update till 3.17pm.Called towing service to ask if they were AAA approved.The female clerk that answered heard what I ask and hanged up on me.Called right back,a male clerk then said it's gonna be a bit longer.I got a text saying new ETA 5.30pm.Mind you they claim online to close at 4.pm.I can only surmise that they taking tows that are going to there own shop,while putting me off.If you can't handle the tow,just say so.Customers come to rely on your services and ETA's.Your companies will never build a decent clientele with this type of services.B&M would hereafter be the last service I'll call and even then would be hesitant to do so.I had to call a different tow company from further away,and they made it in 30 mins.When I arrived at my shop of choice,they were getting ready to close.Had your company been on-time even at your 3.17 pm ETA I would have got there,been diagnosed,got part and serviced and wouldn't have to use a sick day today in order to get my vehicle serviced.Worst customer service ever. read more

They hide and wait for you to make a common mistake due to unclear and confusing parking signs in the lot and when you enter in one of the shops they lift your car and wait for you to come so that they charge you. They don't accept credit cards and only cash. They lie to you that they own the property when you know they don't own the property. No police is involved in their attempt to tow your car and your cash payment. By law they have to inform the local police with in 30 min of their towing the car to their storage but they don't take it to the storage so that the police is not involved. While they are towing your car they smoke weed infrint of your face and you know they are desperate to get some money that purpose. I was charged $68 and I gave the driver $70 and he did not bother to give me my change, $2. The don't also sign the receipt. By far the most highly un professional / most rude company I have every done Business with. First off this company had got my box truck towed for " illegally parking " on 10/7 3am They don't give no one notice that a vehicle has been towed , so as a result it took me 3days to locate my truck. On 10/10 I called B&m to find the charges and spoke to Charlie and was promised a call back with the exact charges. A day later on 10/11 I still have not received a call back so at this time I phone the company requesting a price so I can have my company back in service. A rep at the company still didn't have a price and was highly rude and unprofessional during the whole call. Im a young owner operator who has vehicle out of service dude to this company neglect. after I advised them I was paying cash they finally came up with a amount of $600 for the tow from 10/7 3am -10/11 11 12pm. After I was harassed into paying cash I finally got the locating of my vehicle and headed over to pick it up. At arrival of the lot I was charged another $125 just to tow the vehicle out of there lot, not to mention it was a normal small lot with no workers there witch I didn't under stand . In total for them having possession of my truck for 3 days a half the total was $725 I was man handled into paying. from my experience I will not recommend this company not even to my dead relatives. Im mind blown to how a Business with countless horrible reviews of people complaining of them being over charged can still be in Buissness. I got booted by this company in the parking lot of Home Depot in Flushing for leaving Home Depot Parking lot for 15 min to go to the HVAC store across the road and then coming back to Home depot to buy materials for my HVAC business ( I always do that for the last 2 years and it was never a problem) and after shopping in Home depot I found my car booted. I called them and they said the only way to be unbootes is to pay them 180$ fee, 25$ boot removal fee and tax, so totally I paid them 223$ for parking on Home Depot parking lot when shopping in Home Depot. I called 311 and city representative told me that towing companies can't charge more than 25$ to remove the boot. So basically I had to pay them 25$ to remove the boot and only then they would have to explain me why I had to pay them another 180$ without asking it upfront as they actually did because I never asked them to boot my car. So I set complaint with DCA. After that I called B & M Towing and asked them where is 180$ charge coming from and after that question lady on the phone just hanged down on me. I called again, she put the phone down again. I called again and she hanged down again. Also the moment I paid through the phone 223$ to get code to remove the boot by clicking on the payment link they sent me I got approached by the lady on Honda CRV with Floridas plates which were bended in the corner so I could not see the full plate number. The lady told me that she was the one booted me and now she can take the boot unless I want to return it myself. And yes by their policy I had to return the boot within 24 hours to one of their location in order not to be charged 25$ for each 24 hours. The lady refused to show me her car plate number and was not able to email me confirmation that I retuned the boot so I had to make a video. Here we are! I went there twice for a photo inspection, both times with an appointment and the guy did not want to do it. Friday of last week it was a cloudy day and said no photos of cars could be done so for me to come in on the following Monday, but did not give a time. I called at 8am today ( Monday) and spoke to a woman she said the guy that does the photo inspections does not arrive until after 10am--I said fine no problem I will call back. I called at 11:30am woman schedules me for 4pm--4pm arrive and I walk in for my appointment--The guy that does the photo inspections has no clue that I had an appointment. Meanwhile the women who I spoke to is sitting right behind him and says nothing. The guy says he that he is about to do another photo inspection--I said okay--like I will wait until you are done and I can get mines.--No the guy said can I come in tomorrow--I explained I have already reschedule with him the first time and called early this morning for this appointment nevertheless its going to rain the whole week and weekend. Guy argues a bit saying its not going to rain and I pull it up on my phone explaining to him that yes, indeed it is going to rain. He proceeds to ask if I had my insurance card and an email address--I said yes to both. Then he told me to wait in my card--I waited maybe 15 minutes then he comes to my car and says why did I come here out of all the other places that can do this--I said because I live down the street. He proceed to tell me about the photos he would take then he wasn't going to have time to put them into the computer afterwards with a $20 charge. Mind you not once has he or his coworker mentioned that I was being charged for a photo inspection requested by my insurance. I told him that my insurance said this is all covered and I would not pay anything out of pocket. He then told me that he was not going to do it for no money and to take my car somewhere else. I look back at my insurance paper and it clearly states in big letters there is no fee with this photo inspection.
