Had a couple of Harley rotors that I needed the center machined to fit a new wheel. Dropped them off on a Friday and gentleman I spoke with said it'd be a couple days, which wasn't bad. They didn't look busy and the job I was looking for wasn't a tough one but I didn't mind waiting a couple of days. So I left the parts and called them on a Tuesday, that's when they told me that haven't even touched them and it would be another couple days...kind of crazy. Two rotors were guna take them a whole week to do, that's not what was told to me when I left the parts or I wouldn't have left them. So I picked up my parts and took them to Cencal Machine on Colombo and they machined them for me the same day...I don't know if B&G's work is good or not but as far as customer service and social skills i couldn't say I would recommend them.
