If I could give ZERO stars I would. We were robbed about 6 weeks ago. We were not notified by our monitoring company of any problems. I called and explained the situation and Bill said that he would be in Monday to take a look at the system. That never happened. I called Knight Watch and had them out Tuesday. Finally got the new system through the new company today so I was trying to cancel my current monitoring with B & E. Their fax line doesn't work. The phone number rang and rang and went into voice mail and gave a phone number for monitoring. I called that number and was told we were not in the system. I was able to leave a message and told him that I was very dissatisfied with his service. This is our VERY busy time of the month at work and when Bill called back (from a blocked number), I was with a customer and unable to answer. He was basically chastising me for not answering our phone because I complained that he didn't answer the phone, I guess because we are children. WE ARE NOT A SECURITY COMPANY. He said he gave a message to my employee that was not given to me. Not accurate, the only message he gave my employee was a copy of the bill to pay. I returned Bills call, spoke to another gentleman that apologized. Asking for proof that I was actually being monitored now. I want to thank Bill for providing the least security possible with zero customer service skills. I know that an alarm system is not going to catch everything, every time....malfunctions happen. We are in and out often as well as others in our extended family. When we forget to turn the alarm off B& E are very prompt in having it checked out and they give us reassurance that everything is alright. Whenever we have any kind of question they always respond immediately and keep us updated on new things coming out in the alarm system area.
