Called and made an appointment to pump our tank. Was told driver would be there late morning. Arrived about 4:15pm. Every time I call I got a machine. I got called back to schedule the appt. and got called back once to explain why the driver wasn't there in the morning. The pump out service was fine. I dug the opening and when they did finally show, it took less than 15 minutes to pump the tank. I just like talking to real people and not voicemail. The driver was very nice and explained that communications with the "office" can be problematic. read more
