Pre-Home Purchase Inspection.. Peter was absolutely amazing. We are attempting to purchase a home in the Kentucky or Tennessee area long distance. We live in Washington State and are unable to view homes in person, as such we were relying on our inspector to be our eyes and more. After reviewing his website and the thoroughness of the inspections he performs we decided to hire B and B Inspections to do the inspection on the first home that our offer was accepted. Note this is our third home to put an offer in on so we were pretty excited that it was accepted, but also extremely nervous since we were doing this basically sight unseen, other than listing photos, which we all know are the best foot forward. Peter's report was extremely thorough and easy to understand in layman's terms. His report covered items essential to be repaired and those that he refers to as conditional, needing repair but not essential. We had expressed to him prior to hiring him, that we were counting on him, he did not let us down. Not only did he provide us with the report, we chatted on the phone and reviewed the report together, going over and addressing the major issues. He also let us know about the road condition leading up to the home and the neighborhood, this was so valuable to us since we have absolutely no idea about these things in this area. He makes you feel very comfortable. He is quick to reply via text, phone call or email. I would HIGHLY recommend using his service. He is top notch in my book...
