They know the stock and they will often walk you around the store showing you items you have asked about and I oersonally LOVE having a choice of top quality items both top brand and lesser known but solid merchandise. My favorite thing is that they carry canoes. Old Towne canoes. And they had the best canoe trailers that I have ever seen. Fishing from a canoe and exploratory paddling in these brilliant state parks is awesome. Yesterday iwas looking for a hard to find item for storing extra large jumper cbles and i mean BIG and thought BRIDGEPORT! I flound so many choices and designs and colors and i was able to purchase one that is gonna hold up for decades and BTW it is color coordinated with my jumpers! While there i dropped the case for my brand new umbrella first time using. DO you know they walked the store until they found it and held it for me? HOMETOWN EXCELLENCE with Country Pride

They came out to my place and witnessed what it was doing and admitted it shouldn't be doing that. They took it in and worked on it again. It seemed to be fixed. Then out of the blue it started losing power again. They came and got it and said the it had something in the fuel filter. They told me they wouldn't release it until I paid the bill $250 $200 was labor. I paid them expressed my displeasure with them and asked when they were bringing it back and they said the weren't. I would stay clear of they place especially if you think they are going to work on what you buy and actually fix it because they can't. I am referring to the Gallipolis Ohio Store. If i could give it negative stars I would.

Dear bridgeport power epuipment tools in beckley wv Customer Support my name is andrew cantley…read more I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding poor service and failure to honor the warranty at your authorized dealer in Beckley, WV. Several months ago, I brought my Echo SRM-225 trimmer to the Beckley location for repair. This unit is still covered under Echo's 5-year warranty. Instead of performing a proper repair under warranty, the dealer attempted to charge me. Eventually, they told me the problem was only the spark arrestor screen, but when I took it back out to use, the trimmer was still bogging down after less than 10 minutes. In other words, they charged me but did not actually fix the problem. I then took the trimmer to my regular repair technician, who correctly tuned the carburetor -- exactly what I expected the Beckley store to do under warranty in the first place. After that, the trimmer ran properly. Later, I purchased an Echo Speed Feed head for another trimmer. After only one use, the attachment stripped the threads and flew off, damaging my equipment. When I returned to the Beckley store with my receipt, I was told they would not refund me because the product was "used." Of course it was used once -- that's how I discovered the defect. Denying a refund in this situation is not acceptable. This experience has left me with: Warranty service not honored. A defective Echo part that caused further damage to my equipment. A dealer unwilling to honor receipts or stand by Echo's warranty. I expect Echo to honor its 5-year warranty and provide a fair resolution -- either reimbursement for the defective Speed Feed head and damage caused, or replacement of the unit and assurance that warranty repairs will be handled properly in the future.

I mowed with it one time, GREAT MOWER. The second time the mower locked up. I took it to Ripley Bridgeport Equipment to check it out. Over $900 later my mower is ready for pickup. I purchased the mower as is and understand the pulleys needed replaced, OK.... I was told the mower had been through the service department and checked out ok. When the service records were checked no service had been completed and It needed a everything serviced. They offered if I wanted to buy a new mower they would give me all my money back, but I don't want to spend $5000 more. They will not believe that I was told it was serviced. You can't believe what they TELL YOU !!!! Don't do business with this location!!!!

I went on their website and found that they had several tractors that were exactly what I was looking for. So, after several phone calls, I went to the Marietta location and made my purchase. A new (left over 2018 model) with the loader priced lower than some of the used machines I was considering. In all my dealings, both on the phone and in person I found the Bridgeport staff to be professional and helpful. I couldn't be happier. I give them 4 thumbs up! (Borrowing 2 thumbs from my wife)

I usually purchase tires at halls but I was in a hurry and Ron's car clinic had what I needed in stock . Wow, I wish I would have waited . Shortest story is he made no effort to take care of his product he sold me . 5 days after install, the side wall developed a knot (blow out) right on the rim . He immediately blamed it on me for hitting something. He insisted the car be driven home then back the next day so he could sell me another tire . After telling him it wasn't safe to drive and the car would be taken to halls tires to have it replaced, he threw a new one on temporarily. Ok, good. At least it's not going to blow out and wreck me on the round trip back . Next day, new tire installed at more than the original price of the one I just bought a few days ago and no accountability for the defective tire. He put zero effort into customer care and did not conduct business in a professional manner throughout our entire transaction. Buyers beware; he will send you out with overinflated tires and suggest an unsafe vehicle is OK to drive. Also, check your torque. In other words, take your business elsewhere.

He…read morewas driving back from college and had 500 or so miles to go to get home and the poor alignment wore out his front tires as he traveled the remainder of his trip home. We opted to have an alignment done, replace the front tires with used tires to match the tread life on the back and replace two TPMS sensors. 3 months and 6000 miles later the front tires were worn out again, which shouldn't have happened. The shop did everything in their power to make it right, performing a second alignment under warrantee, and mounted/balanced the 4 tires we brought in for free. My son forgot that they had installed two TPMS sensors 3 months prior and bought 4 new ones. When my son arrived home he mentioned that he had only needed to purchase the 4 TPMS sensors and that the car rides perfectly. I then pointed out that 2 of the TMPS sensors that he just replaced were only 3 months old. Swann's let us bring the car back, removed/reinstalled the 3 month old TPMS sensors and refunded the cost of them. In this instance they made even our mistake right. Not every service is going to go according to plan, but a great vendor like Swann's is able to turn what could have been a bad experience into one that we won't soon forget. They will be getting all of our future tire related business.
