Our cocktail hour included the mini-italian meatballs, cheese-stuffed mushrooms, Mac & Cheese 'Tini, and a large charcuterie board. For the entrees we selected the garden salad, bread rolls, caprese chicken, pork tenderloin with chasseur, stuffed acorn squash, harvest vegetables, tri-color roasted potatoes. For dessert we had the berry pana cotta, milk chocolate truffle, and our wedding cake. The big talk about our wedding was how wonderful the food was and how much there was! We were repeatedly told that the food was the BEST they had ever had and my husband and I completely agree! Everyone at Vibrant Occasions was a pleasure to work with! When we did our tasting, we gave feedback on the chicken and they worked to improve it and allowed us to return to re-try it and it was perfection! Not like typical catered food at all - but much more like a high end restaurant where people excitedly tell others they have to try the food! And the presentation was outstanding.
