I have been very dissatisfied with the service and quality of work at this location. My last trip…read moreto them I asked for the bug deflector to be put on as per the claim, a hood adjustment and headlight adjustmen. The aftermarket bug deflector made the hood very difficult to close so I told them it was incorrect and for them to remove it. The crew was on lunch break so the woman from the front desk and I removed it. She was helpful. The shop crew had overtorqued three of the plastic screw grommets so they didn't back out properly. They also drilled an unnecessary hole in the hood and nicked the paint where they were gouging the deflector out to allow the hood support to be in place. The headlight adjustment gave me a perfect view of the ditch on the way home. When I complained they told me there is no left right adjustment and to contact my adjuster. The hood alignment was done well except for the height which the front desk lady figured out nicely. Very dissatisfied with this location

They also wrapped both my old car and my current car with paint protection film and coloured vinyl accents. They do free rock chip repairs on windshields. Staff is knowledgeable and make everything easier when it comes to my vehicle repairs. Fantastic experience every time, wouldn't go anywhere else!
