Here are some of the perks: *Bigger lockers: These are not the tiny lockers that can only fit your phone and keys. It's large enough to fit my gym bag and water bottle, making it super convenient. *Large open space: I love the open space layout. There's plenty of space between the treadmill and rowers, so you're not crammed into a small space. On the floor side, you can comfortably workout without bumping into your neighbor. *Incline bench: The other studios I have been to have a flat bench. I'm glad they have incline benches to do those chest presses here. *Dumbbells: They also have fancy dumbbells. By fancy, I mean those heavy dumbbells have the cool splat point logo on them. In terms of parking, there's street parking or garage parking. The garage parking is free, but make sure you scan the QR code on the parking pass at the front desk to register. Oh, you'll also need your license plate number handy - not a good idea to get your car towed. Overall, it was a tough, but nice workout with Coach Steph. I'll be back again when I'm in the area.

The gym itself has street (free after 5pm) and garage parking (1h parking). Its decked out with tcu swag including a mural from a local artist in the workout area. The rowers and treads are high tech upgraded for your pleasure! I also noticed the bike syncs with your HR monitor which I had not seen yet. Paige is currently their head coach and is awesome!! Join the VIP page on facebook group to keep in the loop with events. There is so much room for activities in the lobby! Another cool feature is you can watch peoples HRs in the lobby as class is going on or while waiting for class to start. I'll definitely be hitting this new location up more often! Continue to follow the schedule changes as more coaches get hired on.

I've been going to this Orange Theory for about a month now, and this place is pretty good. I've…read moreworked out at other locations, both in the DFW area and in other states, and this location is better than average. The price point is better than competing gyms like RevFit or F45, and the workout is just as good. Orange Theory uses heart rate monitoring to guide you during the workout. The coach will tell you to get to base (the green zone) or to push or go all out (orange or red zones). The colored zone you're in shows up on a few big TVs around the room and at the cardio equipment you're on, so you always have a good idea how much effort you're giving and can manage your heart rate according. The actual session is typically 60 minutes. A short warm up and exercise demo is followed by 30ish minutes on the treadmill, rower, or bike, and then another 30ish minutes of floor exercises (similar to a HIIT or circuit training workout). You can actually choose if you want to start with cardio or the floor first. Overall I'm happy with Orange Theory and this location. I recommend giving it a try if you're interested. They even do military/first responder discounts!

I love Orangetheory, I've been a member for years. I just haven't had time recently and need to…read morecancel my membership bc I'm wasting money by not going. I wanted to change to a drop in fee or set of drop in classes. They have made it so difficult to cancel its amazing. I have to go in in person even though the north Arlington location said the form could easily be emailed. I'm really disappointed in this level of customer service from a company I had much admiration for. Side note, my husband said they made him get a note from a doctor to cancel his membership ... Buyer beware.

I went in for a consultation for a membership in the soon to open Mansfield location. Ireland was…read moremy consultant and she was very pleasant and answered all of my questions to the best of her ability. I was presented an introductory membership for new members signing up now of Orange Premier (3-4 workouts per week) $139/month or Orange Elite (2 workouts per week) $89 per month. Ireland said there is no contract (she said that a couple of times) and your card is not charged until the new location opens (which is tentatively at the end of August). I asked several questions to get the the "catch" or fine print... there's a 2 month obligation and 30 notice prior to cancellation... AAAAHHHHH the "contract" lol. Additionally you have to pre-book your spot in class (because each class can accommodate a set number of members based on the number of equipment pieces). If you don't cancel within within a specific timeframe for Premier members there is a $12 fee and for all others (Elite and Basic members) you loose your money for that entire class. Ireland did say that they have waitlists for some classes and the staff try to back fill your spot for that class (if they find another member to take your spot then you do not pat or loose a class for the week). Oh and there's a heart monitor that must be purchased in addition the the membership (a one time purchase). The chest monitor is $69 and the wrist/forearm monitor is $99. I asked why the smaller one was more expensive and Ireland explained that the wrist/forearm one worked with a technology similar to the Apple Watch. I was told that the heart monitor must be purchased that day and was the only thing that I was required to pay for if I signed up that day. However, I would not get the monitor until the Mansfield location opened and classes began. I asked why I had to pay so far in advance and Ireland stated that they are only ordered per member and extras would not be kept in stock. She asked her manager and the manager approved to give me a monitor from that location that day if I agreed to purchase and sign up for a membership. I was not given a tour of the facility (even though it's not the actual location I'd be a member of, just getting an idea of the set up would have been nice). After I asked questions about how the classes were run, Ireland showed ma a map of the new facility with the layout and explained a little more about how the stations were rotated. Not sure this type of membership if for me but I appreciated the intro and haven't ruled it out yet.

Always made sure to listen to what my problems were and developed a plan to make sure I was taken care of. I signed for the three month initial term with the option to cancel after that. I got 8 sessions a month and if you do not use the sessions during that billing cycle you lose them. They do not roll over. If you cancel a session within a certain time period you lose that session also. This place is pricey so take that into account when signing up. Make sure to have them explain each and very policy and procedure. You need to cancel within 31 days so if you are planning to leave in 30 days you will still have to pay for an additional month. It gets better. Keep reading. The issue comes with the customer service and policies. Depending on who the front desk person is that day depends on the level of service you would get. Most were friendly. The management team is not the friendliest to deal with. Google Stretch Lab complaints. You will see all over the country this is a major issue. Trying to cancel is not easy and definitely not a pleasant experience. You are told one thing in person and when you try to exercise the options presented, you are told that is not correct and to review your agreement. I was paying almost $600 a month for 8 sessions. I travel a lot for work and you cannot use your membership and sessions at any other location that is not owned by that franchise. You can go on the website logged into your account and it will show you different locations and even will let you book. But management will tell you that is not possible because they will lose money. You can only use your sessions in Fort Worth and Mansfield. Since I was moving and could not use my sessions in my new city, even though there is a Stretch Lab about 30-45 minutes way, I was told I could transfer them to someone else to use. Was not told they had to be used in Fort Worth or Mansfield only. I had set up for one of my friends who is a local sports reporter to try out StretchLab. He set up an account by his house and when I called to transfer them over to him I was told that was not allowed. He was definitely disappointed since I was not the full details when I asked verbatim. But remember it is in your agreement. Overall, I was not happy with the lack of knowledge of policies and consistency amongst all employees. Being told one thing when that is not exactly true and finding out the contrary when you rely on that information to your detriment. There are pretty of other comparable options where you can get the same benefits with more agreeable business practices. Yet again, this is not an isolated issue. Look up via Google all of the issue people all over the country are having regarding these same issues. Do not waste your time.

I thought it would just be assisted stretching, teaching me, etc. But this is much more, the difference is fantastic. In addition to my neck and traps, Antonio helped with my very tight lower body. I am definitely going back! I plan on trying this for a few months to help me get where I want, and then hopefully be more disciplined and maintaining.

We really like Stretch Lab in Mansfield…read more We felt we needed some body help and came to Stretch Lab to check it out. We met Jana, the owner of this store. She was very nice and very informative. We ended up signing up for a session. The day we came for it happened to be the anniversary of their opening, so they had food and drinks. That was fun. We also met the fellow who owns this and another Stretch Lab. Nice man. We had our sessions and our Flexologists were well trained and did a good job with each of us. We ended up making another appointment and just had them today. Once again, the Flexologists did a great job. We'll continue to return the Stretch Lab as long as we feel our bodies are benefiting from it.
