Scammed. Stole money from me and several business colleagues i referred ro them. Michael Martin and Brandon Corey Ewell aka Ellis Johnson of Johnson Hill Ventures the fake hedge fund almost cost me and several partners of projects due to fake promises of real estate funding. I personally spent 5 months of time wasted and frankly embarassment to my team participants and lenders wirh nothing to show for it. I paid them a fee up front and they moved so quickly to give me a term sheet (less than 2 weeks), i had no reason to believe i was being scammed. But then it was time for proof of funds and time to wire and they went MIA. They repeatedly made promises to wire and missed three crucial deadlines and then went mia on the last deadline missed which would have made me lose my land. I had to pay for an extension twice because of fake promises. I requested a refund and they claim bwcause they "have" the funding ready to deploy that they (ellis johnson aka johnson hill Ventures), ​​​who is also Brandon Corey ewell aka principal name Azull.
