Called again to ask for towing number and he didn't want to give me the information. Then i was told that it wasn't the towing company that had the items , that it was his workers. Great I thought boy was I wrong when I get there im like hey they told me I was approved and they all had a ugly look some lady comes out Mrs Lara aful women says my bank was charging them a lender fee of 599 I told them okay so what she started saying I need to go with a different bank I was like what im approved she stated she did not want to go ahead with the deal because of that so I call my bank theu state that it was actually 299 not 599 so she was lying crazy "not" i go back and I tell.her I will pay the 299 just let me take the car with my bank they keep saying no I need to use their banks so I said okay run it with your banks they come run my credit lots of times and then come back and they say they need more money from me like what?? After leaving my truck there for three days, I still received a phone call. I had called every day for three days and left a message. When I physically went by, I a man in service department. He said he had no record of my message. Then they tried to charge me for $1000 worth of work that they said my truck needed. I took my truck to an independent mechanic who did the exact same review of my vehicle and stated that there was nothing wrong and all sensors checked out. The department said they fixed the recalls, but they would not take any responsibility for what the recalls required service for. So no organization, no callbacks, inaccurate diagnosis, attempting to charge me for services I didn't need., And they wouldn't take responsibility for what they were forced to recall. All in all it was a very disappointing opportunity for Luke Fruia to do something good and honest. I do not recommend this place.

I laughed and we said we are done here! they still had me key I asked for it back as I was walking out the door. Then another manager followed me out tried to explain everything. Experience was so bad I don't remember Managers names and will not name salesman because it wasn't his fault.

Sold our car to Michael Caballero at Tipton and our car loan was paid off less than 10 days later…read more 24 DAYS LATER, Michael claims that even though the title was released on the 11th, they won't pay us the difference of what they owe us directly because they don't have the actual title in house. They've been able to resell the car since the title was released(11th) but still refuse to pay us. I have sold several vehicles over the years and no other dealer has done this to us. They knew they pay off amount and would pay that to the lein holder and cut a 2nd check to us for the difference, which we were never given more than 48 business hours after we gave them the vehicle. Tipton did the same knowing the pay off amount but is choosing to hold our money hostage. We're going to be replacing our 2020 Ram truck soon and I will drive an hour before ever going 10 minutes to Tipton.

I ended up taking my car to get the diagnostic test done. I was told by Michael that he was going have to charge for the first one and do another diagnostic test and also charge me for that one. So two diagnostic tests had to be done to tell me that I needed a new transmission. So I asked how much it was going to be he told me it would take 10 hours to do the work and my total would be over $7,000.00. I KNOW I was overcharged for labor since he had decided to charge me 10 hours worth of labor even though the work had NOT BEEN DONE. Most places on line take around 4-6 hours to do the same job. I was STUCK 400 miles away from home and they knew it. They don't video the diagnosis tests nor have video running in the service department so you can actually know how long it actually took to complete the work. Not sure if they work on commission but seems like they might....be careful!!!
