After leaving my truck there for three days, I still received a phone call. I had called every day for three days and left a message. When I physically went by, I a man in service department. He said he had no record of my message. Then they tried to charge me for $1000 worth of work that they said my truck needed. I took my truck to an independent mechanic who did the exact same review of my vehicle and stated that there was nothing wrong and all sensors checked out. The department said they fixed the recalls, but they would not take any responsibility for what the recalls required service for. So no organization, no callbacks, inaccurate diagnosis, attempting to charge me for services I didn't need., And they wouldn't take responsibility for what they were forced to recall. All in all it was a very disappointing opportunity for Luke Fruia to do something good and honest. I do not recommend this place.

They've been able to resell the car since the title was released(11th) but still refuse to pay us. I have sold several vehicles over the years and no other dealer has done this to us. They knew they pay off amount and would pay that to the lein holder and cut a 2nd check to us for the difference, which we were never given more than 48 business hours after we gave them the vehicle. Tipton did the same knowing the pay off amount but is choosing to hold our money hostage. We're going to be replacing our 2020 Ram truck soon and I will drive an hour before ever going 10 minutes to Tipton.

I ended up taking my car to get the diagnostic test done. I was told by Michael that he was going have to charge for the first one and do another diagnostic test and also charge me for that one. So two diagnostic tests had to be done to tell me that I needed a new transmission. So I asked how much it was going to be he told me it would take 10 hours to do the work and my total would be over $7,000.00. I KNOW I was overcharged for labor since he had decided to charge me 10 hours worth of labor even though the work had NOT BEEN DONE. Most places on line take around 4-6 hours to do the same job. I was STUCK 400 miles away from home and they knew it. They don't video the diagnosis tests nor have video running in the service department so you can actually know how long it actually took to complete the work. Although you can find proof online that this maintenance plan does exist they just tell you verbally without any factory documentation that you only get 4 free oil changes in the three years. I tried researching anywhere where this was the case and I could not find anything to back this up. When I contacted another dealer they verified that this plan does come with the free maintenance. I am deployed with the military to the Middle East and before I left I researched all the brands and their maintenance programs and Hyundai blew them all out of water with this. Unfortunately Brownsville Tipton Hyundai has ruined this purchase buying experience. I hate to think with it's large Hispanic community I think they figure most individuals will not research this information and just pay for oil changes.
