You can either order to go, order at the machine, or sit down and someone will take your order at the table. It can be a little confusing the first time you go especially if you don't speak Spanish. The fajitas are ok, sometimes they are burnt. My favorite is the carne asada burrito with fries, you can never go wrong! The place is usually busy during lunch time, and steady/slower throughout the rest of the day. The bathrooms are not the cleanest either. The market itself is okay. It is either a hit or miss. Mostly a miss.. but the home made tortillas are really good if you are lucky enough to get to the market before they are all sold out.
