I called a couple of times to ask when the crew would get scheduled. I was always told that they aren't sure when the crew would actually come out to do the work. Understandable, they're busy. But a month or so later, with zero warning, the crew came out to do the job. Why not notify me? They proceeded to compelte only half the job and left the outside of the house littered with rusted nails and trim for several weeks. For what little they did install, it was not all installed correctly. I call them they need to fix certain parts of the installation. I asked if they could put a weather barrier up given the monsoons were coming. No response. Several weeks later, I finally get someone back out after calling and calling. They came to finish the job, but same issue - the trim wasn't installed correctly. Not only this, but one of the crew members broke my window. They said they would replace it for free. I spoke with Briggett and she re-assured me that they would resolve it. I let them come by, and they finish the job with the superintendent. I must say, this has been such a ridiculous effort. It took a total of about 4 months end to end to get a few pieces of wood correctly installed. Given everything that happened, I truly believe a discount should have been applied but they did not. I did not want to have to write this review, but I truly don't recommend this company. It was nothing but pain.

Daniel "the owner" by far does not know how to keep workers and doesn't care to let you go to find a new person. There were so many things that were red flags but the main one was when Daniel had us in a meeting in the morning and told us "legally I can pay you guys $15 dollars and hour" so instead of our piece work pay he could just change it on us. I had my windshield replaced about a month ago. I understood that delays happen, but I would have appreciated some communication. I called to ask for an ETA, and I was told I would receive a call back. That call never came. About two weeks later, I noticed a wire hanging from my rearview mirror that had been cut during the windshield replacement. This was not an issue before the installation. I contacted the company, and they agreed to come out under warranty to inspect and fix the problem. They told me they were booked two weeks out and scheduled me for Monday. It's now Wednesday, and no one ever showed up for my Monday appointment. I never received a phone call, text, or email to let me know they weren't coming or to reschedule. I had to reach out to them myself today to find out what happened. I was then told I would have to wait yet another day because their team had been out for the holiday and they apparently didn't know. What I don't understand is why they scheduled my appointment on a day when no one was available, and why no one contacted me the day of the appointment or even the following day to let me know there was an issue. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed and upset. Not only was my vehicle damaged during the installation, but the lack of communication, poor scheduling, and failure to honor a scheduled warranty appointment are unacceptable. If you're looking for the cheapest option, this company may fit the bill, but in my experience, that comes at the expense of workmanship, customer service, and follow through. I cannot recommend them.
