DEAL IS NO DEAL! New construction premove in cleanup - how hard can it be? Saw dust and sheet rock dust left in corners, window ledges, walls, corners of floor, etc! Total waste of my money - will have to clean again myself - OH, it appears that they did vaccuum the kitchen cabinets and wipe out the sinks. Used string mop to mop floors and can still see mop marks where cleaning solution was mixed in with unvaccuumed floor! Awful!! $240?????? A teenage boy could do a better job of it! I received a Groupon gift certificate for a 2 hour cleaning service from this company. The appointment had to be scheduled online, which should have been a tip-off. I scheduled it a month ahead of time. I received an automated confirmation email the day prior to the appointment. And then the day of the appointment, no one showed up. I have been unable to reach anyone at the company by phone or by email since then. I am working with Groupon to resolve the issue and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureaus online. I received a refund in the form of Groupon Bucks after several unsuccessful attempts at contacting this company via email, phone, and through their booking website. They did not show for an appointment we booked and have not returned any form of communication. I too expressed my dis-satisfaction with this company to Groupon. This is the worst company ever! They don't return phone calls or emails. You have to make an appointment online and don't get to talk to anyone. After confirmation on my appointment and a reminder 2 days prior to the appointment, they never showed. 3 telephone calls, 3 emails and still no response. This was a living social voucher so they already have their money and I'm out $80. Terrible business! If you live in Maine, please share this on your Facebook page! Do not waste your time with this company. They do not show up for scheduled appointments, and do not return phone calls or emails (even though we had already paid for their services through Groupon). So upsetting and disappointing. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

The same exact thing happened to me as has happened to others. I bought a Groupon for $99 for 2 cleanings. Twice I made appointments, one in June and one in July, I received an email confirmation of the appt the night before, but on the day they were supposed to come to clean, no show. No call. I have called and left messages at least 5 times and the same with email; no response. I contacted Groupon several times and finally received a refund. I too will be contacting BBB to file a complaint. I don't know what this company is playing at, but they have a continuous Groupon deal going, they have a deal on YELP, AND Deal Chicken. Why are they continuing to offer deals they don't intend to honor is beyond me. They are probably making a fortune ripping people off. Warn everyone you know! read more

Add me to the list of dissatisfied customers! I too had a groupon for two cleaning sessions. I booked them online, received an automated confirmation email, and waited for them to come at the appointed time. No show! No call! And repeated calls to their office (even using the number listed on their web site as a "24/7" line) were not returned. Thank goodness Groupon has excellent customer service and I was able to get a refund. Still... not worth the aggravation! read more

I had the same experience that everyone is talking about. Paid upfront for services that I never received. Three appointments no one showed up. Five or more emails and phone calls with not return. Now that I have the address I'm going by there. Living social is hopefully working on this. read more

After seven attempts - no shows, won't return calls or emails. I can't rate their ability to clean because unfortunately they don't show up. But I can rate their business and I recommending not getting discouraged and finding another cleaning company. read more
