You can be on Queens Blvd then turn into this huge circular parking lot. When you enter the building there's a door man and you have to sign your name. The doorman was very respectful and kind. He wasn't just some lame doorman who sat behind a desk. The office is up 4 steps leading to their office. The inside is very clean with awesome pistachio green seats. They constantly have NY1 playing on their two flat screen TVs. The heat in the office was blasting it was a little hot in here. They do have a water fountain which helped. The receptionists were extremely nice and welcoming. The second I walked in they greeted me like I've been coming here for years. I should note it wasn't even for my appointment. They were nice even tho the person that was with me didn't have their insurance card. They allowed him send his information via e-mail right on the spot. Like every doctors appointment you fill out basic information and once your done the doctor sees you within five minutes. I should note this was a Saturday appointment too! Its rare to have such great service on a Saturday. I definitely recommend this place if you need to see a doctor on the weekend. It doesn't get any better than this.

Which made me feel uncomfortable. I had my first colonoscopy scheduled and was already anxious about the procedure and even though I was planning to do the procedure with Dr Schnall. I decided the day before not to do it . I left a message at the center as it was the weekend and call the morning as soon as I could to let them know , also that last conversation with Dr Schnall did stick out in my mind when I made my decision. The doctor patient relationship should be based on more than the financial benefit to the doctor. Later that day His front desk staff called me to tell me I will be charge 50 dollars for the last minute cancellation I had no problem with them charging -$50 which is understandable I did not dispute the fee. I told her my reasons for canceling in a calm way, But she started talking to me very rudely about it and proceeded to reprimand me on the inconvenience I caused to Dr Schnall and his team . it's my body and I have a right to change my mind , and to feel comfortable with my doctor and confident in my doctor /patient relationship, especially with a procedure like this. Patients have rights, and she does not seem to respect patients. She ended the phone call yelling at me which reaffirmed to me I made the right decision, people like this who have no empathy towards patients are in the wrong business.

Here is another review thanks to the office manager INNA. Now I can see why the front desk is rude…read moreand unprofessional . I received a phone call today from a very irate office manager, Inna She was upset over a review that I wrote, and I mentioned her name. Ms. Inna feels that if she is the office manager that she can answer the phone with a HELLO as if she is answering a personal call. I have been trying to call the office for days in regards to an RX that was not called in to my pharmacy . The phone rrand at least 25 times before my call was answered by this professional office manager INNA. INNA called me today in regard to the review I wrote. Inna would not let me get a word in. Her excuse was that maybe they were short-handed at the front desk. Being short-handed is not the patients problem. Inna, as an office manager, should have been at the front desk answering phone calls and not let the phone ring 25 times. I felt threatened by her words. I'm going in for a colonoscopy. She told me very angrily and sarcastically, "that I shouldn't worry, that the day of the procedure that I will be taken care of really good." I will not be going to this procedure at this office. I was also overcharged on my copay. Instead of $70, I was charged $100. I have already contacted my primary physician and informed him on how I have been treated by the staff of a doctor that he referred me to. I also contacted my insurance company and filed 2 complaints. One case about being overcharged and another for grievence and abuse by INNA. I will also post a review on Google and Yelp. It's unfortunate that Samuel Davidoff is an excellent doctor with rude unprofessional staff. I have never been so mistreated and disrespected by any staff member on a Doctors visit. Inna, the only phone call that I expect from you will be an apology. You can't treat and speak to the patient the way you spoke to me this afternoon.

The people who work in the front are not professional. They all speak Spanish and talk about the patients. Thank goodness I speak fluent Spanish. However, Dr. Reich practices his Spanish with the patience which are all retired medicaid recipients. And that's OK, but you should practice your Spanish on your time, not on patients time. Now I understand why there are no reviews here on Yelp about him. Besides the wait, If you have a co-pay and can't afford every visit, this is the type of doctor who will make you come in for simple results, i.e. a Ciliac test or regular blood work. While most doctors will just call and give you the results and send the prescription to your pharmacy. No need to bill and take your co-pay, but you know $$ is everything with certain people. I asked the front desk why couldn't he just give me the results over the phone? They answered, "OH, we don't call." Like it's out of the norm for the doctor to call or they are to good to even make a phone call. Parking sucks too. And all my 3 visits were over an hour wait. My advise and my opinion is find a doctor who will not use other people's time to practice a second language and is not out for your money. And this is not that he is speaking to them in Spanish because they don't speak English, he specifically told me, I'm going to speak to you in Spanish so I can practice?? I said No, please speak to me in English. Then if you need surgery, he refers he father who is in the same practice. Steer away from these two because I think it just come down to $$. Besides I found it very unprofessional that his father walked in, into my consultation visit, to hurry him up to have lunch. REALLY??

This procedure was presented as a solution that would help me lose weight and improve my health, but it turned out to be a complete scam. Not only did it fail to deliver any of the promised results, but after I complained, the "solution" offered was for me to start taking injections and pills--even though I already have a medical condition that makes this unsafe. Instead of standing behind the procedure or addressing the failure, I was pushed toward more treatments and expenses that I cannot and should not take. After going through the expense, the stress, and the recovery process, I saw absolutely no benefit. The results simply did not match what was advertised or explained beforehand. Patients put their trust in a doctor's word and expertise, but in this case, I feel that trust was broken. I strongly urge anyone considering this procedure with Dr. Batash to do thorough research and think twice before moving forward. I WANT MY MONEY BACK--------

Disappointing, Painful, and Misleading Bariatric Balloon Experience - Requesting Refund…read more I underwent a Bariatric Balloon procedure on 08/13/2025, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. From the moment I woke up, I felt horrible--severe stomach pain, nausea, shaking, and chills. Initially, I thought it was from the anesthesia, but once I got home, things only worsened. I began vomiting uncontrollably, and immediately asked my wife to call the doctor. We returned to Dr. Batash's office the same day requesting removal, but were told the anesthesiologist had already gone home. Instead, I was kept for several additional hours, given fluids and pain medication, and strongly encouraged to keep the balloon in. I was told my body simply needed time to adjust. Reluctantly, I agreed--but that was the worst decision I could have made. The balloon did not agree with my body, but I was repeatedly told this was normal. For the entire time it was in place, I was miserable--I could barely eat, could only tolerate fluids, suffered from severe acid reflux, constant bloating, and could not comfortably lie on my back or right side. Eventually, I requested removal, but was given the runaround until I insisted on showing up in person. Only then did I learn that Dr. Batash was not even in Florida, but at his New York office. After multiple delays, the balloon was finally removed on 09/01/2025. Once removed, Dr. Batash told me I had a lot of food stuck at the top of my stomach, even though I had been on a 3-day clear liquid diet prior to removal. This explains why I had been vomiting uncontrollably--the small amount of solid food I consumed simply could not pass through. What frustrates me most is the lack of transparency. During the consultation, it was never disclosed that the program expects patients to take phentermine and/or Ozempic in addition to the balloon. Coming to Dr. Batash, I wanted a more permanent solution, not to be dependent on additional medications and their side effects. If I had known this, I never would have gone through with the procedure. In my opinion, the balloon is meant for portion control, while phentermine suppresses appetite--but comes with side effects and significant weight regain once you stop. Having used phentermine before, I refused it. After removal, I was then encouraged to start Ozempic, which I also declined. In addition to the physical suffering, I feel I wasted thousands of dollars and weeks of my time, and overall, I feel like I was misled, misinformed, and even scammed. Because of this, I am requesting a full refund. For anyone considering this procedure: ask very clearly about all medications, side effects, and the full treatment plan before you commit. Don't assume the balloon is the only part of the program. Make sure you understand exactly what you're signing up for, so you don't end up in the same situation I did--losing time, money, and peace of mind, while experiencing unnecessary pain.
