Yum!! We came across…read morethis food truck today at the First Friday event in Centerville. I decided to try the Empanada Special: choose 2 empanadas, a side, & a drink. The options for sides was fries or rice & beans. The only drink options are Coke, Sprite, & bottled water. I chose one chicken & the other BBQ Pork with Mac & Cheese empanadas. I had the rice & beans on the side. I would've opted for no drink, but Hubz grabbed the included water. My preference is the chicken, while Hubz enjoyed the BBQ Pork. The dipping sauce is a nice addition, also. Pretty fast, fresh food and friendly service. I'll definitely stop by this truck again.

I love Sofritos and will continue to come here with my friends and family!

Being healthy involves your mind, body, and soul. During my search for a naturopath doctor in my…read morearea, I discovered Natural Therapies located in Warner Robins in a small shopping strip on Russell Pkwy. Their website gives you a run down of the many services that are offered in the health center. I signed up for Bio- Feedback testing and was able to make my appointment online. On the day of my appointment, a very friendly gentleman called to confirm. When I walked into the quaint establishment, I was greeted by a gregarious staff. The shelves were lined with all sorts of oils and supplements of the highest quality , things you can't find at any basic retail store locally. They even had healthy snacks and health foods. My Bio Feedback testing was done with Mrs. Erin Wright, Certified Meridian Stress Analysis Technician. Erin was so pleasant and relatable. She took her time listening to find out why I wanted the test done, and based on my results, she was able to suggest necessary supplements to target specific issues I was having opposed to me buying a bunch of random vitamins like I usually do. I am one week into my current regimen, and I feel better than I have in a long time, both emotionally and physically. If you want to take control of your health, you should give Natural Therapies a try.

It was kind of difficult ordering online because the site kept glitching so I just decided to order in person. The restaurant is primarily doing take out orders which worked out fine. I ordered my food and was told it would take about 15-20 minutes, so I just went to a local store to pass the time. I order the 4750 platter which had shrimp, crab legs, corn, potatoes and egg like a usual crab boil. Their portions are really big, so I knew I'd have enough for leftovers. Their signature sauce is pretty good too. It's a nice blend of garlic-butter. I usually like a little spice so I added some hot sauce to my platter to give it a little kick and it was perfect to me. The price was really good to around $22, in Atlanta I feel like I normally pay $30+ for crab boils so it was well worth it to me!
