Tried to charge me $768 to repair. Brand new device is $500, swapping out the main body is $180, or the repair kit is $80. I questioned his pricing on repairing back flow preventer. He would not be transparent and itemize the charge. I asked why I would spend $768 when I can buy a brand new one for $500. He got offended, said he would do the work himself if in my shoes and then refused to do the new drip line, the only thing I called for. Total waste of time and money. Not happy. Avoid.

My wife and I were referred to Scott from a friend to add a new sprinkler to our existing…read moreirrigation system. We have since had him to add a drip system to a flower garden that required adding an irrigation line under a sidewalk. We have now scheduled him to winterize our system later this year, and start up in the spring. Scott will also test the back flow device and report to the water company. In the past, we tried to get the original installer to add the sprinkler to the system, but no returned phone call. We also had to have another company do the back flow testing last spring. If you contact Scott for irrigation service, he will schedule a firm date for the work, and will text you ahead of time to confirm. He is very reliable, does great work, and will leave your job looking as good if not better than when he arrived. Would highly recommend.

The roof has leaked ever since. That was about 4 years ago. He did try to repair the leaks, many times to no avail. He finally sent a roofing contractor to look at it, he also tried to repair the leaks but could not. Daniel, the roofing contractor told me the roofing was installed incorrectly. When I told Mr. Powell that Daniel said this, he implied I was not being truthful, I was. He has refused to replace it. So we have to pay for a new roof after giving him numerous opportunities to fix it. I think I have been more than patient. Living with a leaking roof for 4 years. I would not and have not recommended him

From the very start, the process and work of these guys has been amazing. I made a single call and Jordan came out and checked into my property and gave me a verbal quote on the spot, following up with a written quote with easy online response for my convenience. I loved the quote and scheduled service. Jordan and his crew descended on my property promptly in the morning, and began working right away to handle all the various things I needed done. In just a matter of hours, all teh limbs I needed gone were history and the large (potentially dangerous) trees were cleaned, trimmed, and chipped. In addition, all my stumps were grounds and they took great care to make sure my yard wassn't damaged by their trucks before leaving. I *will* use Tree Musketeers again, and recommend them to anyone who might wish to have some tree work done in your yard.
