New to East Tennessee, it's hard to find all new contractors for the various services you need. I've had mixed success with other contractors, much to my dismay, but has my fortune turned around in finding Jordan at Tree Musketeers. From the very start, the process and work of these guys has been amazing. I made a single call and Jordan came out and checked into my property and gave me a verbal quote on the spot, following up with a written quote with easy online response for my convenience. I loved the quote and scheduled service. Jordan and his crew descended on my property promptly in the morning, and began working right away to handle all the various things I needed done. In just a matter of hours, all teh limbs I needed gone were history and the large (potentially dangerous) trees were cleaned, trimmed, and chipped. In addition, all my stumps were grounds and they took great care to make sure my yard wassn't damaged by their trucks before leaving. High winds blew a very tall tulip tree down in our front yard, almost hitting our house. I researched, trying to find a good service provider with good ratings to remove this massive tree. Could I find someone with good ratings at a reasonable price? Yes!!! I saw that Tree Musketeers had a wonderful rating (many sites). They had a good rating with BBB and are licensed. I had no idea how good they were. They came the very next day (New Year's Day), then in the rain, the very next day, he completed everything. I found Tree Musketeers thru a referral from a previous tree company I had used that had closed their business. What a blessing it was to meet Jordan the owner of Tree Musketeers. He is very knowledgable and an expert tree arborist. Jordan runs a professional tree company with integrity. They removed six trees and stumps. When they were finished the area looked beautiful. They showed up on a very windy day to take down my taller than my house Bradford Pear tree. I had lovingly positioned this tree 10 feet from my house and 1 foot from my fence. The Tree Muskateers wrestled with the wind, house, and fence and took down my Pear tree without damage to anything. The only way you would have known they had been there is that, there is not longer a tree and a lot of sunshine on my back porch. Thank you guys for such great work.
