I am giving one out of five stars because ultimately, our building did get put up, but four months past the time frame we had set in our contract. AZ did not recognize that the building company had sent us INTERIOR doors instead of exterior doors for our storage units. A wind storm came through a month later and totaled the doors. We had to find another contractor to put in high wind rated doors, costing us an extra $90,000.00 after insurance. As a contractor, you are hired to mediate between the ordered materials and the person who contracted you. This was not the case. The communication between the contractor (AZ) and the building company was almost nonexistent. AZ failed to put proper water drainage and ridge caps on the building, causing water build up and extra dirt work on our end = more money. As the other reviewer of this business stated, we had gaps in the top of our building (found from the sweet local guy, Wade, who fixed all of AZ's mess ups = more money). Long story short, DO NOT trust this business: poor workmanship and excuses! I'd trust my farmer husband with zero construction knowledge more than this company. read more
