The packaging was terrible--the box had opened during transit, the syrup had leaked everywhere, and the baklava pieces were scattered and crushed. By the time it arrived, the product was stale and not enjoyable to eat. To make matters worse, the promised 2-5 day delivery took nearly 15 days. For a company that markets itself as a premium baklava brand, the shipping and packaging standards were shockingly poor. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst online food-ordering experiences I have ever had. I expected much better from Koçak Baklava.
