I asked for his name he was very hesitant and dismissive. I was trying to get sum help understanding what El Rescate organization had to offer. I could not get that. In return i received very bad customer service. David cut me off several times and did not let me finish explaining my thoughts. I felt he didnt want to help me. I remained calm, but did make shure my voice was heard. I told David to stop the interuption. Let me finish what im trying to tell you. I felt i wasn't gonna get throu to him. My husband and I sought a consultation with The Aguirre Law Firm due to a family member's…read morerecommendation. I initially called with no answer and left a message. My call was never returned after they stated in their voicemail message that they would contact me. I believe it took 48 hours or three days to call us back. My husband and I tried multiple times afterward and finally got through to set up an appointment. The firm sent a questionnaire about the general history of our potential case. Please ensure the firm gets your information right, as one of my husband's last names was misspelled. After that, Flor Rosales contacted us to set up an appointment. We set up the appointment, and when we were to confirm, we got multiple calls from different associates from the firm, I am not sure if they were all on the same page. When we got to the firm, we checked in, waited for a short time, and sat with Silvia Aguirre. Silvia was very kind and comprehensive. She was also very informative about our case and upfront about the worst-case scenario. I was delighted with her first-time service and content with the outline she gave us if we were to start the process. The payment process is very detailed as well. Once we decided to continue with the process, we sat down with Juliana Rodriguez to inform us further about our next step and where to go to complete it. Juliana also brought us our contract for the first step and took our payment. She was very helpful in answering our last questions and clearing some doubts on how to complete our payment. Overall, it was an excellent first-time visit. While, the firm maybe busy, they should have more associates available to answer calls. That would be my only suggestion.

My BMW had…read morethe same problems two months in a row in October, which finally resulted in a turbo failing and 20 days spent at the dealership. I got in touch with them in December, had a free consultation and supplied all the documentation that was asked. They made it clear that a buyback would be difficult, but they accepted my case and proceeded with litigation in February. BMW agreed to a full buyback by April, and I returned the car in July before getting my check. I truly value the way they have communicated with me, the professional manner they have shown, and the effort they have invested in my case knowing it would be hard to get a full buyback. I would definitely recommend the Margarian Law Firm to anyone who is facing a similar situation. Do the free consultation and give it a shot. Also shoutout to the team (Case Managers: Maria Ayvazyan and Nora Arakelyan) for explaining everything to me bit by bit and providing me with updates as the case moved forward.
