I'm in the process of helping a mutual client that we have in common. They lied to him about the process. They charged him $1,000.00 dollars to help him apply for an EIN number with the IRS. It took them 1 year to do this. They lied and misguided him. Told him he was now legal to work in the USA when the poor man has an ITIN. They prey on poor innocent people that don't speak English and mislead them as well as lie to them. They are vultures and will be reporting them the the secretary of state as well as the DA's office so that they can look into their business practice. It's being like 4 months since we hired them to help us with our credit. We recently got our social security card and we hired them so we can have our credit transfer to our social security, well they haven't done anything I called them and they said that sometimes it can be done and sometimes it can't. So this time it happens to me my credit is not in my social they want me to start from scratch building my credit they are a fraud don't trust this people they only want your money, when you talk to them the first time they are so nice but once you pay everything changes. I was very iffy about this place because of its reviews, but if it wasn't for my friend who got some service done here I wouldn't have gone to them, but the woman who helped me was so sweet and she answered all my questions I also didn't have much money to start with but I guess they have payment plans that help with your budget so that was pretty cool. I went because someone was stealing my identity and making frauds, I had HORRIBLE credit and they helped clean it. It was a bit of a process, and I would get calls from the ladies who would work on my file and let me know how things were going if I wouldn't call them, but in the end I was satisfied with the results. These so called "attorneys" are no help in any way. The little advice they give could have been looked up on in the internet. As "attorneys" they should have been by their client's side since day one ESPECIALLY for a case that involves a child. However, they decided to give excuses on why they could not attend the court hearing! Even the contract that was filled out with them was a complete hoax and I am no consultant nor making contracts is my specialty to say this. We went to do a some buisness with a home modification and the so called representatives switched my case over to two lawyers and just recently got called saying that their not going to finish my case that i should call NACA or do it myself. I mean hello thats why i got a lawyer so they can handle all that buisness correctly!! Do not give your $$$ to them . They just rip you off as you can see no reviews are done so let me be the first to notify you guys about whats going on behind the doors of this office , i should of known when a previous customer was in there making a scene when i first started going there. I use this company to try to modify my property loan, the bank refused and " Ayudando a la Comunidad" did nothing to appeal the bank's decision, after that they never contacted me at all. For me it was just a waste of money and time . read more

I definitely not recommend this company they lied to customers I was trying to modify my mortgage loan and nothing what they promise it was true, first of all they charge to run your credit which most of the other companies didn't charge Ford that, in my case my credit is good very good I got all the documents ready I got two offers from another companies to refinance my loan but I was looking for a 3rd opinion that's the reason went to see this company but this guy's came out with a bunch of stupid excuses, to me they don't know what they doing, don't ever ever go to this place if you want to find a solution for your problem they will make it worse, this company send a bunch of stupid people to talk in the Spanish 1020 AM radio, that's the way they find the customers definitely not recommended at all. read more

From the beginning they have ignored our phone calls, they have switched service reps numerous times on us and I have tried to talk to the manager in charge many times and no one ever takes responsibility for running the office. I have walked in with my father to find out about the status of our loan modification and no one can help us. My father has just gotten his foreclosure date and my house is also set for a foreclosure date in July. Two months after paying them $3,000 combined we got a call from a loan rep that worked at this law office warning us that this company had gotten their license suspended twice and that they were not reliable. I looked into this and found out it was true. I confronted them and they said they had no clue if this was true and even blamed this loan rep. of having stolen from them and said he had been fired. I soon realized that this law firm just collected my money and did nothing with my loan when I finally called Bank of America to see what Law Offices of DIONNE MATEO had done to help us get a loan mod. BofA had no record of them ever submitting any paper work on our behalf. I am now trying to get my money back, I know this can be done because they have been sued twice on this matter. DO NOT START A LOAN MODIFICATION WITH THIS LAW FIRM. It is a shame they are announcing their services at a local radio station THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.
