I had never been to an actual barber before, just great clips or sports clips. Now I know why people prefer this. This guy actually cares about his work. The price is fair. Like $17 for the hair cut plus neck shave. He offered me tea as I walked in and has a pretty nice little shop. This place is great- Ayman is very nice and polite and makes sure the customers get what they want. He did my haircut few weeks ago and I was very happy with how good it turned out. I actually got a few compliments on my haircut from my friends. There are a bunch of salons nearby my house/work, but I am happy to drive 35 minutes to go get a haircut at this place. Suggestion to the owners, if I may: If you use some kind of appointment keeping system instead of pen and paper, it will be much easier for you and there won't be any confusion between the appointments. read more

Came here on Saturday at around 6pm two hours before closing and was told that they were closing early. I was disappointed but made an appointment to come back Wednesday since they were close on Sunday and Monday. I'm still unsure about this place. Definitely miss my old barber shop in La Mesa. It was a true men's barber shop and great atmosphere. I'm not trying to knock this place down but the cut I got feels like the same caliber of haircut I would get at a place like super cuts. Ayman is the best barber in Beaverton, hands down. I go to him every two weeks, and it is with him that I found my signature haircut- a high and tight with shaved white walls. His cuts are classic and artistic, and they are completed in a timely manner. Ayman works by appointment only, which apparently angers some people. Thank goodness for appointments, since I never have to wait. He is always on time. Ayman is booked six weeks out, so you have to wait to get your first appointment. After your first appointment, you can schedule yourself as often as you wish. He is worth the wait. read more

This is a solid shop. The Barbers Ayman and Allen maintain a clean, professional, and pleasant environment. I recommend calling ahead but they happily do walk ins. Luckily for me I walked in just as Allen was finishing up with another very happy customer and I only waited a few minutes.
