Every single year, my yard has somehow managed to get worse. Truly impressive. We're talking a thriving ecosystem of crabgrass, dandelions, and bald patches that would make a putting green jealous (minus the green part). I've sent photos. Plural. Frequently. Like a concerned parent documenting a decline. And every time? A new excuse. Water more. Seed more. Aerate. Try this. Try that. We've done everything he's suggested. Religiously. For over five years. At this point, I don't have a lawn. I have a cautionary tale. I'm not asking for miracles here, just grass. You know, the main feature of a lawn care service. Instead, I've got dirt, weeds!!!! Hmmmmm is my yard being used as a "before" picture with no intention of an after picture? Would love a refund, Bob. Because right now, the only thing that's been consistently growing is my frustration and not my grass.
